The staff here do not even know how to make their own sandwiches.

Not the greatest experiences here. First time coming here was a weekday during lunch rush. They prioritize DoorDash orders, so... the line was crazy long and it took me 40 minutes to finally get to ordering. Second time, it?s a weekend and I show up at5:51pm. They close at 6pm, yet the worker eyeballs me and says they?re closed, and mumbles something about how did I get pastthe gate. Ive been at this location many times. Very slow service. Like my friends will be in a longer line at the panda express next door... and they will all be done waiting for me and they still do not have my order completed sadly. Sandwhich quality is a hit or misstoo. I do hope this establishment gets better. Read more

Usually the service here is good but today the older lady behind counter taking and starting sandwich orders during the lunch... rush went to fast and messed up my subway club. Luckily the guy at the register caught the mistake and suggested an easy fix(simply add the missing roast beef). It wouldn?t have been a big deal except the lady who made the mistake had an unnecessarilybad attitude about the situation (to the point of being rude to me and the guy at the register). She had the nerve to complainloudly that it was ?unprofessional? to just add the missing sandwich meat as opposed to her desire to make me wait for her makea whole new sandwich. I doubt she appreciated that irony. She didn?t even acknowledge to me that she messed up my order. Notsure if she?s a manager but she sucks at basic customer service. Read more

Nice staff, very clean. One of the better Subways I have been to. Get a breakfast flatbread every morning and the guy there is... very polite and conversational. Makes the visit that more enjoyable. Read more

UPDATE- With the closing of Godfather's pizza, the lines can get very long. Either get here early or after 1 PM to avoid... waiting 15 20 minutes. As a Subway it is a well run location. At lunch the Subway is packed with students and the line canextend into the dinning area but does move pretty well, unless someone is ordering for several people which happens prettyfrequently. Peak time is 1200-1230 so if you can avoid this you can get through pretty quick Read more
