Though our server was great with interacting with our kid... The parent is the paying customer , I would appreciate if we tried... not to make the focus the child especially if we're supposed to be practicing stranger danger. Beyond that she also took foreverto actually make our food cause she was so ... "Focused" on .... Nothing honestly... She was being young and ... Unprofessionalin the establishment. I went to the Wrightsboro Road location this morning around 11:00 and ordered a Spicy Italian. As you can see in the picture,... most of the veggies are falling out of the sandwich. That's just the tip of the iceberg. When I got to the register to pay, Inoticed I was charged for something completely different so I asked about it only to be told that I got something calledcapicola on my sandwich so that's what I was charged for. I told them that's not what I ordered and I repeated what I ordered.The response from the employees was, "oh sorry well it will still be good though." No offer to make my order right whatsoever. Iwas pressed for time and couldn't stay to argue with them about the issue but I won't go back to that location. Completelyunacceptable behavior from the employees. Not to mention the line was dirty. Lacey is one of the best managers Subway has ever hired!! She knows almost every person that walks in!! She has always been... amazing and the way she motivates the other team members is great!! This is the only location I will go to now because of her!!! Read more
The young lady begind the counter was not friendly at all and we seemed to be more of an inconvenience to her. She was not... wearing a hair net either. This was my first time back at Subway since their "refresh" and a few things I enjoyed about Subway,they no longer do. Read more
This particular Subway is awesome ????! They got the order right for both subs, quickly and got me out quickly. The manager very... quietly assisted the sandwich making the two sandwiches, as soon as they came out of the tooster he jumped on it. So the 1stman could go to the next patron in line. Read more
Hands down the worst subway ever! Sandwiches were all tore up with hardly any toppings and bread was not fresh. Also wrong bread... type. They gave us 2 waters instead of the two bottles of vitamin water we ordered. Never ordering here again. They need tofire that worker immediately! Read more
I get that it's 9 45 but this chick is here yelling loud about inappropriate stuff and giving a ton of attitude. Some random... guy went back there and started making a sandwich. The other dude working comes out and starts playing with the protectivewindow. Now she's flirting with the random dude making a sandwich. What in the world is going on here? Read more
