Worst place to get smoothies. Used to go all the time, but now they?re not even filling the cups all the way and giving extreme... attitude. Horrible. Had to get the police involved after such rude service, an extremely rude girl dumping my ?fixed? smoothie,in order to even be offered a refund. This place chooses the worst staff possible. The only reason they are getting one star is due to customer service. This evening my family and I went into the store to place... an order. When we walked in we were not greeted with a smiling face or anything. No welcome to tropical smoothie, no hi how areu, nothing! Very disappointing? after we placed our order and waited; all we could hear is a young female complaining about herjob, how she had to prep, and that she didn?t want to do anything. The female (different one) that cashed us out; walked by acustomer 3x without knowledging he was there. (Very rude if u ask me) after we got our smoothies we didn?t hear ?thank u come bkagain.? Today, June 4, 2022 @1250pm I had the displeasure of visiting this Robert C. Daniel Tropical Smoothie Location. I placed an... online order. Not only was a person that came in after me acknowledged before I was, when I got into my car and looked at myorder, I see the very small amount of corn in the container. I went back in and told the young lady that this looks like a verysmall amount of corn. It is no way near filled in/up enough in the container. She proceeds to say "that is how much comes inthere. It was pre-made. I wasn't one that made it." I told her I usually go to the North Augusta or Evans locations but was onthis side of town and I know I have definitely reveiced fuller containers than this. She then shrugged her shoulders and walkedoff. No type of apology or effort to fix my order. There were 3 black girls in there. I hate to speak poorly of my own kind, butI stated that only so management may see my review and be able to easier narrow down who was working on this day and at thisparticular time. They all seemed overwhelmed and/or uninterested to be there. I love Tropical Smoothie, but this experiencetoday definitely left a bad taste in mouth. Read more
I love the smoothies and food but the service is just so bad. I ordered online because I go to pick up food on my break and I... told the girl my name and she did not even look in the fridge and just said ok, then proceeded to take 3 other customers ordersthen another lady came for her online order and the girl went in the fridge and that lady left immediately after that I asked ifmy order was ready and then she pulled out my smoothie??????? It was ready all along and I wasted about 10 mins of my time andwas rushed on my break. Then a week later I went back and this time the service was fast but the food was made poorly. I got thechicken pesto wrap and it was smothered in pesto and there were no lettuce or tomatoes like the description said also it wascold and on top of that I received no silverware or napkins but at least my smoothie was good. The service was quick, and the food was okay. My wife ordered a jerk chicken bowl that was actually more salad than rice, so she... asked the people if they could remake it. The workers were nice about it so additional points there. I had the ultimate club. Iasked them to sub pepper jack instead of Parmesan. It was pretty decent but I expected it to be toasted more.we had to ask twicefor a cup of water but overall our experience was pleasant and the food was served quickly so I can't ask for much more. Its ridiculous that every time I come here. My order is wrong. I order a simple lil limeberry which is strawberry and lime. And... each time its wrong. I have very bad acid reflux and cant have oranges and orange juice but yet its always added to my smoothiewhen its not supposed to be. Read more
