This Waffle House is very clean and the workers are friendly and professional. The food is pretty standard Waffle House food.... The outstanding part of this visit, the most important thing at any restaurant, was that our waitress actually brought me asmany pickles as she was willing to give me (my exact request). No server has ever brought me exactly what I asked for when itcomes to pickles, lemon wedges, etc. This is now my favorite Waffle House. Read more
Well when food cost is as high as it is YES I want the (syrup) condiments that go with that 5$ waffle Jelly for or with my... breakfast etc. I get work with my To go order and have non of it even after I asked to please make sure I get it and she askedif I wanted it ? Called in to go order 20 minutes from arrival was told grill down for 20 minutes. I acknowledged that was fine. Got to... location wait approximately 5 minutes in my van. Got out to get my order only to find out they forgot to place my order. So Ihear and watch them call my order after approximately 35 minutes later they never made my food. While i was waiting 2 othercustomers left the store . What makes it a big issue 2 customers after me came in and placed there order after i had arrived andreceive their food. Me and my cousins absolutely favorite restaurant. They are so kind there and I love their fast service. Whenever something is a... little off they make sure we are okay with it before serving us. They burnt my bacon one time and immediately made me anotherside of it. Read more
Waffle house on Mike Padgett is by far the worse waffle house I've ever experienced, they never pick up for call in orders. We came in, the server had told us it would be about 10 minutes because the grill wasn?t ready. Got our drinks and ONE waffle,... and she ended up leaving without informing us. Secondly, we waited about 30 minutes before a server even got to us and we had toask to order food while a handful of people were just sitting on their phones. I went here yesterday. Called my order in for there I was told my food just came off the grill. My food was over done which I... don?t like. My harsh browns were not hard like I asked, waffle was fine but my angus bacon burger bun was hard & bacon was black& burnt more than what I am used to.
