This is always my preferred waffle house. Food and service is always good. But if you don't like alot of noise while you're... eating, this one isn't for you. The employees get a bit loud and it can get quit annoying with dishes banging and them cuttingup. Also my last visit, I did notice how dirty that place is getting and the smell in there was horrible. Even the towel thatthe girl wiped our table with smelled bad. Please, please do better on the cleaning. Read more
Have never seen such excellent team work to get the job done from the waiting cooking and cleaning with excellent customer... service thanks to yall we had an excellent experience we appreciate it. To Susan jeremy chris mark and baby is the names that iheard were awesome the only one who didnt sport the team spirit was kendra she moved at her own pace was standoffish not helpfuland sat down chatting she is the prime example of not a good team player your poo does stink lady just like the rest. Usually good & usually good service but last time I sat at the bar for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged and another 5... minutes before my order was called out (which of course was wrong) because there were about 8-10 people standing around actinglike they were at a party! Don't know if they were coming or going but the waitress was more interested in them than takingorders. And what is so hard to understand about a fried egg? They always break the yolk, scramble it a little bit beforepouring onto the grill. I even said I want an egg like in the picture on the menu in case the waitress & cook couldn'tunderstand what a fried egg is but it came out like what? A circle of flat scrambled egg. Also, does anyone else know that ALLTO-GO orders get a 10% "tip" automatically added on to their order? So for all these years of ordering TO-GO I've been tipping15% AND they're getting another 10%!!! Not once have I ever gotten an itemized check so I can make sure i'm being charged right- just a yellow ticket with a "total" but according to their math an extra order of toast is $4 - $6 and I guess I'm gettingcharged for coffee too even though I never ordered any!!! Padding checks & "forgetting" to mention tip is included for TO-GOorders definitely adds up to lots of extra tips for them!!! All of this most likely happens at every Waffle House because it hashappened to me at every one I've been to. P.S. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TO-GO ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY WILL MESS SOMETHINGUP OR LEAVE SOMETHING OUT!!! AND ADD UP YOUR TOTAL BEFORE THE CHECK COMES TO MAKE SURE YOU AREN'T BEING OVERCHARGED!!!
