Went on lunch break ordered through drive thru, only to get back to work and realize order was WRONG. Called and spoke to a... manager only to be asked if I wanted them to remake it and I could come back and get correct order. People on lunch break don'thave time for all that. Why is it so hard to get the order right the FIRST time? Especially when the order was correct on thescreen. And fast food workers want $15 an hour, yeah, ok. Read more
If I were the rest of you, I'd go a few extra miles to avoid this Wendy's. They aren't very good at keeping the side dishes... (like potatoes, for example) ready to be served. So if you want potatoes freshly baked, it may take a while, but it'll be justfor you. And I've been to other Wendy's to order their coffees before so I know their sizes. Lady had the nerve to tell me afterhanding me two smalls that she gave me both larges. If that is the case, I think I'll go somewhere else where at least I'm nothaving to park and wait for my food and not be lied too. But hey, it certainly won't happen again since I'm not comingback. Edit: went to the other Wendy's on Walton way. Got my baked potato and didn't have to wait more than an hour for it! Alsogot one of the employees to confirm I got small coffees. I work often in the downtown Augusta area and I have visited this particular location more than what could be considered 'a... lot'. Well, not once have I been let down. My order is almost served by the time I'm finished placing it more so if I use thebathroom to wash up. The current staff is friendly and socially engaging. I really cannot say too much more except visit here ifyou're hungry and on a budget. Read more
They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO ghetto here it's ridiculous. Like. They rush you through a order and are down right rude. I don't even... know why I come here but I most definitely will not be coming back and neither will my family. Even with the nice upgrades andthe facade of a clean environment it's far far that. I waited in line 20+ minutes for my meal. (3cars ahead of me) Which was a grilled chicken meal large w/ a regular baked potato... for my son. The food was disgusting. The chicken is burned, hard to chew and cold the baked potato is stiff and cold. You wouldthink that because you're in line so long the food would be at less fresh. Read more
