Drive thru was moving okay. It took 10 minutes from arrival to driving away. The drive thru workers were kind and courteous. My... sandwiches (bread and cheese) were warm but the meat was dry and not very warm, it probably should have been thrown away,instead of being served. Normally this location's food is better. Food was good. Portions have shrunk like everywhere with more cost. It's a ripple effect. Employees were nice but preoccupied... with talking when we needed straws. We always order alot of food so we expect a wait. It wasn't bad at all though. Willdefinitely be returning not lots of options for great food and service in the area. Read more
I went to this particular location last night 10/14?2. There was a guy taking orders that was VERY bubbly with an AMAZING... personality. I ask him to hold he replied take your time then I could hear him singing so I said sing baby his reply? ooo don?ttell me that? me and my friend lol. It?s evident that he?s enjoying life and enjoys what he does. You never know who?s morningday or night you might make by just being you and this guy made my week. I was able to see his face and ask his name so if youare strong about customer service like I am go see Gabe at this location. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! This is the only Wendy's I frequent in my 3-state area. The food is always fresh. Fast service, even during long lunch lines
Unprofessional, was laughing while taking my order, took more than 30 seconds to come to speaker, did not even greet me, workers... have no manners and respect. I ordered two chicken nugget meals and the food was not fresh. I also had spicy nuggets mixed in with one of the meals and they... gave us small fries instead of med. The only thing was good was the lemonade. I called back and they said they would replace themeals whenever I return. I don?t know where to begin. Slow service, cold nuggets, when you ask for hot food its never hot. Then when you say something... about it the whole staff gets mad. Food has a shelf life (hold times) so when, it?s up it?s no longer for sell. I use to comehere a lot when, they first opened up but now I only come 1 once a month. I hope this location gets better. Completely ripped off after sitting in a line out to the street. I ordered 2 combos. Double bacon cheeseburger that I paid for... not in the bag. Then they don't answer the phone. I've been wronged. Every time I stop here something is wrong with my order andit's the same people I see working. The local corporate office needs to send somebody to clean house.
