I placed a rather large order and it was made promptly and was very delicious. I won't order pizza from anywhere else.
This place has good pizza. But the wait for it is too long for the product you get. Constantly I've had to wait well over an... hour and a half for them to give me my order. Quite sad for a company who used to advertise 30 minutes or less. I know there'sa shortage of workers, but their waits are too long for the quality of the food. Read more
Just walked into the Augusta Maine location after FOUR tries to place order online with an automated system that doesn?t take... special requests, went to the location and the young male only one working clearly hasn?t been trained well, no gloves makingpizzas throwing ingredients around came to the counter to wait on gentleman in front of us couldn?t speak loud enough to beheard and wiped his eyes and hands on his apron, didn?t wash hands before going back to pizzas. Took our order and couldn?t hearhim again stated total was 50 more than online order, no thanks dominos your pizza isn?t worth those prices! Read more
Ordered two hours ago..... can't believe two hours to deliver down the road.... I said I would pick up after 1 and 30 min..but... got told in a threatening way yes come pick it.. rude as hell.... will never order again...I better not be charged... Read more
I love Domino?s Pizza. Had issues with the auto system not giving me the correct price, I jumped through hoops to speak to a... live rep at that store and once I did they corrected my order with a time frame of 25-30. 30 mins later I went to pick up my twomed pizzas and they had not even gone into the ovens yet and had to wait another 15-20 for my order. There was no customerservice either, no discounts were offered for the inconvenience. The pizzas were burned and crispy. **UPDATE 9/6/22**** Thesame day I posted this review I got a response to it from Dominos, they apologized for this inconvenience and advised me to sendan email to an address they provided and to reference this review in the email. I did exactly as they advised me to and I havenot received any response back whatsoever. Very disappointed, what was a 3 star review was going to become a 5 star butunfortunately due to their silence on this matter it is and shall remain a 1 star. Read more

Pizza isn?t half bad but the service is. As well as everytime I order my bbq chicken pizza with extra sauce there is never... extra. Most of the time it?s bone dry. No sauce at all. Usually I pass it off but it?s been the last 10 times I?ve orderedthere. Maybe get some employees who can read. Read more
