Susan never gives out a receipt; but probably for the reason of a bad review. Hopefully corporate reads these? Waiting in line... behind a person who orders one coffee for 20mins for ?fast food service? isn?t the speed Cafu expects from their employees.Couldn?t count the number of times I?ve seen Susan slowly put one hash brown into a bag so specifically. Went here while shopping and the barista Carla really did an amazing job. They were slammed and she was the only person working... and managed to get things out at a very fast pace. Read more

Staff member was rude. I waited 20 minutes to be waited on right before she got to me she put a note on the counter saying she... was going on break. It was 7:30 on a Sunday needless to say I will not visit this dunkin again. I'd rather go to to mellville orgaywalk and be treated with respect. Read more

Second time I went to this location and each time the staff member was rude to the guests . I understand sometimes you don?t... want to be at work , but being rude and disrespectful to your guest will not allow the business to flow positively . I gave ittwo tries and will not give it a third time because if two different staff members were rude it makes me believe the outcomewill be the same . I am typically a understanding person and pretty easy going . The experience was not something I expected .Also I do believe wearing dirty jeans to work is not appropriate for your business . I hope the employees change their attitudeand appreciate their job before more people refuses to go to this location . Read more

Where do I begin.. our visit started out witnessing an ugly confrontation between the manager and a customer over how her coffee... was made.. the manager has zero customer service skills. No greeting when she started our order, had a fit when I asked for asleeve or extra cup for my hot coffee because it was burning my hand. She had the nerve to tell me it couldn?t possible beburning my hand and NO ONE has ever asked for something to protect from getting burned (never mind that the color of my handchanged from holding it). My fiancé asked for iced tea w/lemon and received iced coffee w/lemon instead!! Will never step footin this location again. This manager needs to NOT have this position. Put someone in there that actually wants a job. Read more

I had to wait for them to come from out back. And one of them saw me walk in. And ran out back. It was probably a 5 minute wait... for them to even come to take my order. I asked for a large Carmel ice coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugars. With NO ICE. I got acup full of ice. And probably 15 sugars not stirred. And my coffee looks like milk. And I also ordered a everything bagel withstrawberry cream cheese. I got a plain bagel with my strawberry cream cheese on the side. With no knife to spread it with. Andthere where no napkins in the bag. It was a bad experience. Read more

I work down the road so I frequently go here but refuse to now. I can?t even count the amount of times they mess up a simple... large coffee or sitting in line with 4 cars for 15 or more minutes. Or the time the drugged out drive through attended droppedmy order on the ground and just closed the window. They have double charged me multiple times and put up a fuss about fixing it.This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Read more
