Went to pickup a $15 online order this morning. Met by a customer saying the store was in lock down, so got back in my car to do... the drive thru. The employee said my order was in the store entrance breezeway. $15 order of hot food and coffee uncovered on atable. No sign by management indicating that the main area was closed and to come through drive-thru for both mobile and regularorders. Logic and customer service took a big hit today. Read more
