First bite into Sandwich was plastic wrapper... that is not okay!
Good quick service, rarely messes up my order. However, this morning, the staff were speaking about an apparent regular in a... VERY rude and disgusting manner. Calling her things, complaining about her order and how she never tips, and they were using heractual name too! This wasn't a whisper either. They were literally shouting to eachother across the kitchen for the entire lobbyto hear. It was only me and one other customer in the lobby and we both where uncomfortable with it. Read more
This place literally messes up 90% of my orders compared to the other Dunkin?s in town. Whether it?s the wrong drink, the... opposite temperature, or a drink that?s only filled 60% of the way up the cup. Try the civic center drive location or Bangorstreet location instead if you really want dunkin. Yesterday I ordered an Iced Coffee with mocha and blueberry, 3 cream nosugar, got this instead. Went to pickup a $15 online order this morning. Met by a customer saying the store was in lock down, so got back in my car to do... the drive thru. The employee said my order was in the store entrance breezeway. $15 order of hot food and coffee uncovered on atable. No sign by management indicating that the main area was closed and to come through drive-thru for both mobile and regularorders. Logic and customer service took a big hit today. Read more
