Service was very good the food however was NOT as described. Both of our dishes were missing most of the ingredients...no meat,... onions, gr peppers for him so his burrito was egg and cheese only. My omelet had no onions or gr peppers and the only cheese wason top not throughout. The crepes were doughy and nothing inside the layers like described. Waited 15 minutes for my meal, come to find out that they over cooked my steak and it tasted like rubber. The egg tasted bad.... Also the hash browns were dry. Almost choked???? three starts because the waiter was nice. Read more
Arrived about 6:45pm. 2 tables had people at them in the whole restaurant. 2 tables on the way to our table were dirty,one not... even cleaned off from food and drinks. We were seated and was told the waitress would soon be with us. 15 minutes later sheshowed up. We gave her our drink order and our food order at the same time. Then it took 15 minutes to bring our drinks, nowbeing 7pm. One hour later,she brought our food!!!! I asked what took so long she said there was only one cook!! Also,she saidshe was the only waitress for the whole restaurant. So I felt bad for her,her name was Charlie and she was very nice andapologetic. While we were waiting for our food the people at the other 2 tables left. There was also a guy at the barseat. Anyway, the food was good even though I received rice instead of potatoes with my turkey dinner. The cook tried making thepotatoes and told the waitress he wouldn't have her serve them because they were too watery.!! Not impressed at all tonight withIHOP. My husband, my Mom, her boyfriend and myself went here for breakfast. Spacious seating.. Great selection of menu items. Good... friendly service and you definitely will not go away hungry.. Read more
long wait from the time we orderd to get the food but it was good food over all
Too cold in there. Waited 5+ min for someone to seat us. Food took 30 min to come to table. Reported restroom out of paper... towels and trash can full in men's room. Told maintenance people out today very short handed. After 1 hour the bathroom stillhad no paper towels. Waitress never look at us for about 40 min while we waited for out cold food. Read more
The cook did an amazing job. super Great food. ???? The waitress seemed to be high and was rude from the very beginning,... slapping down the creamer with closed eyes. She took my order wrong and then I was charged wrong. I intended on leaving a tipbut the manager decided to charge me separately for something that was included with the meal to begin with but because theymade the mistake and wrote it down the wrong way I was charged and treated rudely. Ill be going elsewheres and advising othersto do so as well. ECXUSE ME I was at I hop TODAY 11/11/2022, It was horrible they made us wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, an hour and a half like... are you trying to starve me or something?! I?m Not a Karen I?m just hungry. our food never even came like sorry but is it thathard to cook eggs? The waiter was pretty nice but I still rate it a 1, do better. Read more
