Our server was delightful. The food was typical Tex-Mex. It was very tasty. Kudos on the salsa. It had a good spice to it and... I'm a big fan of the thin, delicate tortilla chips. We would also recommend the margarita flight as well. It lets you try fourat a time! Read more
I visit here about every other week, usually on a sunday. They've been fairly consistent in their plating service Etc forever... although for the last year or so it's been a mediocre consistency. The last time I was there just over a week ago it was reallyjust too loud. The football games were playing and there was also very loud music playing so it was almost impossible to have aconversation. Read more
So just went to Margaritas a few minutes ago. We were there for over an hour ago and ordered two deep fried Ice creams to go.... The lady at the front booth acted like she didn?t want us to order. We waited an hour for our Ice cream and we were told it wasgoing to be a long wait, which is fine. My problem is we wait an hour and it was done for I?m guessing for around thirty minutesprior because, the ice cream was all melted along with the whipped cream. No one informed us it was done. We were standing rightin the hallway and saw multiple people get seated and leave before we got out Ice cream. Also we heard other names get calledout when their to-go order was done. We were even listening for someone to say our name. Eventually I went up and asked if theyknew around how much longer it would be and was handed a bag immediately. It had definitely been sitting there awhile the ladythat gave us the bag was much nicer then that lady that took our order. I probably won?t be going there ever again because wehave been in the past and the food wasn?t good. We don?t live very close to margaritas and we made a special trip just for deepice cream which sounds dumb I know but my mom had never had it and because we live in a small town and heard it was good. I?mjust very disappointed and I?m sure a sound like a ?Karen? I?m just not impressed I don?t recommend going but take your chancesif you want. I hate complaining I?m just livid at the service we got and the food we were given. The food was amazing but our waitress barely paid attention to us. At one point she sat with the customers. My mom asked for... another margarita and it took her almost 15 minutes to come back with it. Right near us their was a man waitress that was soupbeat and spot on. If you've got a big family and don't have the time, take out. Read more
The key about this restaurant is its shrimp lettuce tacos. I have to say I've had a couple different dishes with them and they... were Alright. Worth the price but not enough to make me excited to go back; one and done plates. But those shrimp tacos.... Ihave gone 4 times since just because I am craving them. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. I got the Taco Salad w/ Chicken. Portions were decent size..very... filling. Chips & Salsa while we waited, was also very good. Ample amount of parking too. I'd definitely recommend and absolutelywould eat here again myself! Read more
Best food in Augusta! One of the only restaurants I know of that still makes all of their food in house. As far as I can tell... nothing comes frozen, and I know for a fact they make their own sauces and pickles in the kitchen!! The food doesn't come outsuper quick, but that's a good sign in this case!
