One of the slower McDonalds, people were milling around inside without any idea what was happening. I didn't get a receipt so... didn't know what food was mine. Was never asked if I was dining in or taking out. On the other hand, my special order wascorrect and good, always a bonus. This used to be the best McDonald?s around but some of the workers are so rude and don?t ever put the things you?re paying for... in your bag. Like how it that even okay? Then when you ask to make sure something is there they have an attitude. Sorry but ifI?m spending $40 on anything it better be what I?m asking for. Read more
feel like they don?t know what they?re doing. breakfast ends at 10:30? since when? mobile app doesn?t adjust to times at all so... i left without food, and waited way too long for a large soda. kinda sucks when on a timed lunch break. Read more
They messed up on my drive-thru order which was add extra onions to my burger, I got it plain, went in and the manager took it... with wrapper open, NO GLOVES ON, had them add only onion ???? so I got it back and nicely said its a normal burger withcondiments, ADD EXTRA ONION, she took it again with the wrapper OPEN, NO GLOVES ON and brought it back correct and informed meit was the SAME burger that kept being passed back and forth so I nicely asked why it wasn't remade and she asked me WHY WOULD ITHROW AWAY TWO BURGER PATTIES ???? I explained because COVID is still around and SANITARY ISSUES, She refused to give me info onhigher ups and told me she was the one who ran the store. Older female manager with short hair and a bad attitude, she caused ascene because I nicely asked for a new sandwich, more worried about saving 2 patties then a customers health! I am a frequent customer of this fine establishment, and I must say they have some amazing service. Today, the dude even gave me... a free cup ! Anyways, they have never disappointed me with their services; coming from the skatepark with friends to having anamazing meal. Thank you McDonalds. Read more
Service here sucks. If they actually get your order correct and in a reasonable time be surprised. And God forbid you ask for... condiments. I've been here several times thinking it might be the staff at the time but now I just avoid this place like theplague. Ronald would be ashamed of this place. Read more
Alright would be great if they stirred the ice coffee so all the syrup flavors and sugar is not all at the bottom of the cup.... Once they fix it with my orders going forward then I'll give five stars but other then that there doing well. Read more
