Slow on the drive thru. The use to have cars with meals that wernt ready to park and they'd take care of the remainder of the... line. No more. My average drive thru time is 10-15 minutes. Read more

This McDonald's is always overwhelmed by the normal business here, in my experience. This past visit, we were asked to wait in... a numbered parking spot for our simple order. When it arrived, finally, the order was incorrect. Then the "corrected" orderwas also incorrect. When we finally received our correct order, it was disappointing. Lukewarm, it didn't have the usuallyconsistent McDonald's flavor. Read more
Every restaurant on this stretch allows eating inside! Mcdonalds in rockland allows indoor dining! Plain laziness on... management and staff not wanting to clean! Will not come back here again! Ridiculous and lazy! Read more
We reached the store on Friday 02-July at 9:30 PM.. the store was quite busy on the drive thru... there must be 5-6 staffs in... the store serving the customers... we ordered few cookies and 4 coffee at the counter.. Clearly stated we need a hot coffee,with milk and one sugar. A teen in our group sat on a chair out of tired, The lady on the counter was rude did not allow the boyto sit.. also, the coffee delivered was horrible, watery with no milk.. we tasted the coffee only after moving out of thestore... we had no energy to return back to the store and fight back. They need to stir there drinks way more better all the sugar and flavoring was sitting at the bottom of the cup. They also need... to make sure they dont forget to hand the customers there receipt. They asked would like a receipt i said yes but then they saidok you're all set but never got the receipt. Read more
