I absolutely ?? the 'Order Ahead' feature in the mobile app. I Love the games, An earning ????'s with every purchase. One thing... I didn't know, is if your going thru the drive-thru there is NO Smoking at all. The employees are always smiling and upbeat whentaking orders. Read more
Our go to Starbucks store in the Augusta, or Waterville area. Staff are friendly and 99 percent of the time our order is... correct and delicious. The other 1 percent of the time they joyfully correct the situation as quickly as possible. Just wishthey had an option on the app to customize the tip. We've worked it out but it would be so helpful. Read more
Okay, so- This Starbucks has never gotten my order wrong. They're always loving my dog coming with us and gladly make her a pup... cup. Their sandwiches are fantastic, drinks 5 stars, definitely have to have a certain pallet for them. In all honesty, pricesare literally my only problem and that's a corporate issue. Read more

Service was super slow. You compete with the drive-thru line which went around the building. Felt like they had priority with 3... baristas processing their orders. The cashier vanished after taking my order. Waited 20 minutes to get my drink and theyunfortunately forgot my chocolate syrup. I didn't complain as I could see they were working so hard. Probably the slowestservice I have ever received at a Starbucks. They definitely were short 2 or 3 staff members. Read more
After a drive through scruffy Augusta we stopped at this Starbucks for something to keep Us going on our long drive home. I was... surprised what a nice, little place this Starbucks is. Nice light in the evening and nice staff. We will stop here again whenpassing through Augusta! Read more
