Not even closing time and they were ?out of? most drinks. Claimed the espresso machine was down. Would not recommend going here
I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. I think the lines get long here but people dont seem to mind waiting. I... live in Camden and sometimes make the hour drive here to get my coffee. Always always have had exceptional customer service inhere rather I go in or through the drive though. I think this is why customers are loyal and think it's worth the wait! Read more
The team-members are always so kind, and my drinks are always made perfectly! They are always smiling, even when it?s very busy.
Every time I go to a Starbucks- doesn?t matter if down the street or three states away- IT ALWAYS TASTES THE SAME! I know... exactly what I?m going to get. Why can?t Dunkin? figure that out? The coffee is always fresh and tastes perfect. People complainabout the prices but I find them consistent and not much different than other coffee chains. Starbucks gets my money hand down. Read more
Very fast, friendly staff and will make you pretty much any drink you can think up!
Staff seemed new it took awhile to move through line and get my drink. Slightly pricy and really nothing special. It's ok.
This place is located inside the Target store. They took out all the furniture from the Starbucks, so there is currently no... sitting area in the store, but it's good for takeout. The customer service here is unbelievably awesome. I came in with a largeparty and due to my own mistake I paid with Google Pay, which charged my credit card instead of the Starbucks card. I asked forthe refund on the card and charged it to the Starbucks card instead. Fighting the computer system, the barista and the customerservice associate spent a ton of their time working to refund me everything correctly. After the taxes were rounded the wrongway, offered me the difference in cash, and when I (due to absent mindedness) walked out of the store forgetting the transactionwas in progress, the barista actually ran out after me, found me in the parking lot and said they have my transaction ready torefund, inviting me to return and finish the transaction. When I thanked her for the extra kindness, she humbly replied that sheis just doing her job! Very happy such people still exist in the world, I just hope there is more and more of them.
