The food wasn't bad at the augusta marketplace subway but the employee working there today at 7pm was very rude and... unprofessional as he was making my food he was claiming it was a abomination and disgusting and how the smell of tuna makes himwant to throw up I've never been disrespected at a subway like that ever and most likely will never go there again. Ordered a sub meal using the app and specified curbside pickup. Arrive at the location and could not find any spot marked for... curbside pickup parking so I drove around several times. Noticed a very small sign right in front of the restaurant (too smallto read) but dismissed it because parking there would be in a very well marked Fire Zone ( i.e. illegal). Finally pulled up tothe curb by that sign and it indicated that the illegal parking location was indeed meant to be used for curbside pickup. Keptmy engine running so I could move quickly if required. Checked myself in on the subway at a couple of minutes past the pickuptime I?d been given. I sat and watched people walk into the restaurant and place their orders, then walk out with food for about15 minutes . My order was ready 20 minutes after the time indicated (no delay was noted). It sat on a table until I finallylimped in to retrieve it (knee replacement causing pain). I mentioned to the woman that I had to wait 20 minutes past the pickup time on the app and she snapped at me saying she was all alone and didn?t have time to get to my order. I smiled and saidthat all the people who had walked in and ordered and left with their food while I waited outside must have been happy they wereprioritized. I will never eat there again. Read more
I have been in many subway's since their conception and the one at the Augusta ME Marketplace is the best by far. Extremely... clean and organized. The 3 gentlemen who worked behind the counter were very gracious and professional. The lunch crowd had justcome in and there about 10 people. The crew worked very coordinated to handle them and had all the customers out in record time.Very Impressive. Read more
5 stars do not give this subway enough credit, phenomenal service, friendly and courteous. The 20% discount for first... responders a very generous offer. I will go out of my way to visit this store in the future. Give the man working Sundayafternoon 12/6 a raise! Read more
