Well, I will give them another chance some time. The manager who was on was extremely apologetic. I ordered a meal of steak tips... without mushrooms. Mentioned twice to be certain. My tips came with mushrooms. My dinner was removed and after a suitable periodof time I received a new meal except it wasn't really a new meal just less mushrooms. I didn't eat the meal. The manager reallywas so apologetic that I would give them another chance some time as the food smelled delicious if it weren't for those darnmushrooms. My waitress was absolutely awesome. She was kind. On top of making sure we had what we needed yet did not hover. Not to mention... the biscuits are so light an airy. The steak was cooked to perfection an my side salad an rice was a 10 of of 10. Read more
Staff was amazing, now the food not so much. I get it, it was a Friday night. But it was not worth what I paid first, it was a... 40 minute wait, then it took a while for anyone to acknowledge us for our drinks, the food took another hour to be served to us,2 hours have gone by and it didn’t even take 10 minutes to finish our meal. Me and my fiancé both ordered medium rare herswas cooked perfect mine on the other hand was almost raw. She got a Cesar salad that barley had any dressing, the baked potatowas fine, I had mashed potato’s with mine and it was super salty, I also had the French fries which were soggy. I heard somuch about the onion blossom and it didn’t have any flavor. The only thing that gave it flavor was the sauce. The buns, werevery good though. We had reservations and were seated on time. All the staff were very friendly. There were 4 of us and all our meals were great.... The food was hot it looked good and everything was brought out together. They did make one small mistake with my salad but itwas corrected in less than a minute. They checked on how we were doing during the meal. Great food. Great service. Read more
A great experience! I used the Texas Roadhouse App to get seating ahead of time and when we arrived, we were seated right away.... Next, we chose our steaks we wanted. The food was good and so was the service. Steak was cooked exactly as requested! I'll beback!!! Read more
Ordered take out from here. One of the orders was a caeser salad. They either completely forgot it or thought that what they... sent was a caeser salad. We literally received a box with barely a cup of JUST lettuce and a pinch of cheese sprinkled on thetop. NOTHING ELSE. Not really sure what they were thinking here. Read more
Yes. Just, YES! Best Mozzarella sticks I've ever had!! If you love your steak, this is The Place for you! The service is... phenomenal. You get to pick your steak immediately on your way to being seated. It's clean. The staff is super friendly. Whenthey bring you your steak they have you check it to see if it's cooked the way you like and if not they take it back and fix it.Service is prompt. The drinks are really good. WARNING: They use peanuts so not for anyone with a peanut allergy! It's reallyhard for highly commercial restaurant chains to make me this happy with my food, and Texas Roadhouse in Augusta achieved it! Read more
We really enjoy eating here. It's a treat for me, as I generally eat vegan for my health, but enjoy meat from time to time. They... always start you with warm rolls and some house butter that is sweet. Mmmmm, yum. We didn't pick our steaks this time, thoughthat is an option, they have a meat case right at the door, we just had lunch off the menu. Hubby had prime rib, very good, andI had country fried steak, one of my favorites. The service was terrific, even as it appeared they were training waitresses.
