We went here through the drive thru last night because we wanted to try the Strawberry Frosties. There were about 5 cars ahead... of us. The guy comes on the intercom and say "what can I get'cha?" we order and he told us our total and nothing else. No pleaseno thank you....nothing!!! We wait for what seems like an eternity to get to the window. The kid took our card and was too busychatting with a co worker to say anything to us or look at us. We get our Frosties and head to the lot to eat them. They wereliterally strawberry milk at that point because they put them I flimsy cups immediately when we ordered them so they sat aroundwaiting for all the cars ahead of us. We didn't take them back because I'm sure they could care less. They went in the trash. Noone cares anymore. Horrible service and money wasted that I'll never get back. Read more

I had to order at the drive thru, because there App wasn't working... No way to earn Reward points when there is no SKU code one... the receipt, and no way to enter it in the app later. Now for the sausage egg and cheese croissant, the sausage and egg were ok,but the cheese wasn't a slice of melted cheese over the egg, but a warmed glob mess that resembled Curd???? dripping out overmy hands and shirt...
