We hadn?t been in a long time and we were fairly disappointed. We both had fish and chips. Fish was great! Coleslaw was terrible... with a very strong taste and foamy appearance. Needless to say we didn?t eat it. We asked for fries well done and they werebarely cooked. Our food got left on the table with no time to ask for ketchup or vinegar so I had to flag down another waitress.I then watched the ladies cleaning tables wash the table, the chairs and then the ketchup bottle with the same cloth. An excellent stopping location while driving through the east coast. Large parking, and lots of fueling areas. Staff are... friendly, and the facilities are always clean. Best cakes ???? ????. Their hugeeee cakes (chocolate or vanilla) with boiled icing are only $25 taxes in! No better deal than... that especially for the exceptional quality of the cake and icing. Could definitely charge more, but I'm thankful they don't soI can buy them more often ????. Also bought a butterscotch pie and that was only just under $18! Also good ???? but the bigcakes are my go to. (Literally just have to walk up to the cake display and someone comes to help you. No dining or otherpurchases required ????) Read more
