To start when I ordered my sub I asked for buffalo sauce they pulled out chipotle and when I told them it was not buffalo sauce... they said yes it was when it was not. After this things got way worse I ate almost my whole sandwich and towards the end I bitinto a piece that tasted like mold. This subway is not good and would not recommend. Every time I give this place ?another try? I?m reminded why I shouldn?t. The last time I came in, my husband got a chicken bacon... ranch sub and I got a chicken bacon ranch salad. Neither of them had bacon in it. This time, the sandwich is stuck to the paperso bad that there is no way to get all the paper out of the sub.. both times were mobile orders so maybe if you go and standthere and watch them, it turns out better. WORST service I have ever received!! They need to find people to work that understand there are two parts to the gas station.... Honestly if you hate your job enough to treat customers like they aren't worth your time and are annoying you you need to quitor the manager should step in and say something if not fire them. The employees are friendly and good at their jobs. The sandwiches are very good. The atmosphere, right by the door of a... service station, lacks any privacy and peace-and-quiet. I'm not asking for candles and a cloth table cloth, BUT someimprovement is needed. Read more
In the boonies. I didn't like the fact that the gas station attached to it was mopping with strong cleaner and the food from... Subway was uncovered. Maybe it was only a min or two but I don't know. Also the staff was in the back for a min before they cameout. Food tasted ok. Normal prices. Select bread only due to location. Read more
OMG! The service was horrible! The two ladies working were clearly man haters. I walked in, casually said "how are you lovely... ladies"? ya have to pass them on the way to the restroom so I went to wash my hands. Came out a few seconds later and wasbombarded with hateful attitude. I frequent the subway here but will never go back as long as they continue employment here.They don't know how to take a compliment. After some negative banter My son and I were asked to leave so we did. I might addthat this was after they had already made our sandwiches. Clearly they were lesbian however I don't believe they should beexpressing their personal agenda when it comes to serving the customer. The staff for the most part- are inexperienced. Wearing a mask seems to be, among everyone there, inconceivable. The... inexperienced staff keep asking-what, what? It is an unpleasant atmosphere. It seems in this small town- that they just don'tcare. Also, they share a fountain of pop and juice machine, so, if eg., A drink of your favorite is not "juicing " the rightway there is no way to get a drink of the same unless you change your mind.
