The other day ( around 4:40pm on 8/2), I decided to stop off at this location prior to our daughters Martial Arts class to claim... our lotto ticket winnings for the recent 8/1 Power Ball drawing . Front male clerk who helped me seem to be in a rush as when Iexchanged my ticket, as he puts my ticket thru their machine, he then stashes it to what it looked like the side of themachine. He tells me $7.00 ( Noting- On this day and time, their screen that normally shows amount won, was not easily seen.)and then hands me $6.00 and has to ask the other clerk lady for the other dollar bill. Since my ticket (In which I had scannedinto my Colorado Lottery App already that day.) claimed to be a winner I was aware I had a winning ticket. ( Not much but everylittle bit over what you put in, is a win in my book.) I was also fully aware that my ticket for 8/1's drawing, displayed mypurchase of Power Play and Double Play. The Power Play number drawn on 8/1 was 3X. I should've been the recipient of $7.00 ×Power Play number-3. I had my daughter with me and was in a rush ourselves to get to her to class plus a line of customerswaiting to be helped was behind me so I didn't want to make a fuss with this clerk as it wasn't worth it. I just felt it wasworth reviewing as this clerk might be stiffing other customers on their lotto ticket claims. I guess this gentleman needed themoney more than me. Next time I will listen to my intuition and not be returning to this location. Read more
A cashier with a foreign accent was extremely rude to a customer while I was in line. The treatment the customer received was... unacceptable so I am writing this review. I will no longer give that store my business. Read more

Multiple sodas were out this morning on the fountain. You could here to system in the back over working because the soda syrup... bags were empty. I told the guy behind the counter and he said "I don't fix anything. I don't know anything". This is extremelypoor customer service. Not only that, but they are terribly slow and the shelves are always half empty, nothing is stocked. Forexample, almost one whole refrigerator section is empty of the stock, but I can see what needs to be stocked in the back! Thisis lazy management. This store needs management overhaul if it expects customers to keep coming back, because I sure won't be. Read more
At arount 8:30 AM 3/17/2022 the man at the cash register tried to steal a winning 7-11-21 scratch ticket stating it was not a... winner. I had to demand infornt of the other customers that he give it back or scan it again to which he initally refused. Afterscanning it again it was infact a winning ticket with $12. The entire staff is lazy and dishonest. Read more
BEWARD Will steal credit and debit card information. Its happened to me the past couple of weeks. Just found out its this shady... place. Bank statement says that the clerk stored my information. Cash or you getting your digits high jacked. BEWARE Read more
I used to be a regular here, but the service I've received from most of the clerk's except Angel has been ridiculous. I watched... a verbal argument between the young clerk with braces and a customer. The customer said that he bought the wrong product andtried to return and it turned into a shouting match. The clerk began shouting and yelling obscenities. Since new management, allof the original clerk's have been fired and replaced. They are all very rude and lack friendliness that the previous crew had.All of their prices have also skyrocketed. The Shell down the street is way more affordable and has friendlier staff. Read more
