If I could give less stars I would. I don?t live far from this place and visited several times at this point with continuing... disappointment. I normally use the drive and I swear each time I?ve come 3-4 times now I?ve sat in the line no joke over 30minutes for god knows what reason. Seems to me the drive thru is not their priority. Today will be the last time I come here,shame on me trying again thinking It?d be a different experience! Read more
The service is really good and the people are super nice!! The food never disappoints. The only thing is that for some stupid... reason they don't have potato cakes anymore. You really need to bring the potato cakes back!! We don't like fries or curly friesso we just buy sandwiches now rather than meals. Read more
The person who took my order was so kind and our food was perfect. The person who took our order brought us our food and... accidentally spilled some fries.. brought us a new one without us even having to ask and immediately cleaned up the mess. 10/10:) Read more

First off I have to say that the customer service here is Chick-fil-A levels of premium I loved that. I highly recommend the... apple turnover, beef an cheddar (a staple order anytime you go here), and the mint chocolate shake. The other items picturedwere alright(as in I finished them) but I wouldn't order again. I usually never go to Arby's but my wife wanted somethingdifferent so I suggested it. This was the best decisions of the night. It had snowed a lot before we arrived at the drive thruand our order was pretty big, so we were told to pull to the front. The nicest employee brought out our food in all that snowwith the biggest smile and had also separated the Buffalo chicken sliders just in case some of the hot sauce would come out ofthe holder while driving.
