We ordered a 10 piece of lemon pepper wings and 10 boneless wings to go and found multiple raw wings in both plates of wings .... I don't know how the health dept hasn't shut this place down . Absolutely will not be coming back ever and couldn't even eat ourdinner. Read more

As BWWs go this place has a lot of large TVs--arguably more than most other Dubs. So a good place to watch darn near any... sporting event. Food is same at them all so no review for that here. Best way to measure a chain is the staff and cleanliness.Check plus on both. Some of these won't serve just flats anymore; they still do on my visit. Friendly, fast service. Nocomplaints. Read more
This was one of the worst places iv have eaten at 1. The coke tasted were so watered down we might as well have had sugar with... water 2. There was a bunch if hair in our foods 3. At first they set us by the bathrooms. An entire table of teenagers running in and out of the bathrooms while standing over us... at our table. The server took a check from one of the teenagers in between my friend and I. Literally handed the server his billwhile we were eating in between us. The server didn't say anything so I did. I got the wrong sandwich. They didn't bring usnapkins or silverware with our wings. I had to ask multiple people for napkins. Then they hand me a brown bag with a fork in it.They can't even put knives in their little brown bags. The manager moped around like he just didn't care. There were napkins andgarbage all over the floor. You really need to train your staff to pick up trash as they are walking back to their serverstation. They said they were remaking our sandwich that never came. This place needs new management and people who actually takepride in their establishment. Don't ever seat people at a dirty table and floor. And tell teenagers to either sit down or leaveif they are done. The rest of the establishment would be more inclined to return if there was common courtesy. Read more
Horrible customer service, we were told it would be 15 minutes for our table and we waited over 40 minutes. The hostess... continued to tell each party that came in the same wait time which caused the staff to become overwhelmed by waiting customers.It was apparent that the staff was overworked and most had attitudes and appeared to be arguing with each other. There was nomanagement present and one young lady was doing her best to run the show. The server walked by us multiple times before finallyacknowledging us. It took 20 minutes just to get our drinks let alone even longer for our food. The overall appearance of thelocation is dirty. This location needs help asap. Relaxed at the bar ate 10 mango habanero wings and had a beer. Watched a little Olympics and baseball. Server was pleasant. The... wings had plenty of spice and the beer was a fresh cold poor of Michelob. This area is so nice Southland's. Nice centralcourtyard area fountains, seating and shopping all around you. Read more
I have a lot of fond memories of going to BW3s way back when in my college years, and the modern-day Bdub is a little bit of the... same but also a whole lot different--being more modern and having a whole lot more wing sauces and other food options. Still,this place can be hit or miss, and this location usually has a lot more hits, is run alright, and the family always enjoys it.But despite coming out with some good sauces recently, I think their wings have been slowly going down in quality over the lastfew years, and there are better wing options in the area.
