EVERY SINGLE TIME I head to Charley’s at town center in Aurora Mall, I leave COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED, “Aaron” the “manager... “ is NEVER friendly, why not be able to communicate with the customers who speak English? However, yesterday, I went to makea lunch order and asked for lemonade, and was denied because they were holding the lemonade for a POSSIBLE DOOR DASH ORDER thatHAD NOT BEEN ORDERED YET! When I was THERE WILLING TO PAY FOR IT FOR CERTAIN! Then when speaking about why a paying customer inperson could not get what they ordered, they said I ALREADY EXPLAIN YOU! No, you didn’t EXPLAIN ME! You TOLD ME, you had tosave it IN CASE an order came online! It’s not the customers fault or issue YOU DON’T have product, but it’s DEFINITELY APROBLEM not to sell your product to a PAYING DEFINITE CUSTOMER! And RUDELY speaking to a patron who has been supporting thebusiness since they got into AURORA MALL, I left a review on their site and expect to be contacted back by REAL MANAGEMENTbecause I don’t want to keep paying 24.00 plus for 2 regular sandwiches and a fry and can’t even get them to understand asimple order! I have never been so disgusted in all of my life, 1st off my husband went to get my order from this Charlie's at the Aurora mall... nobody spoke English so we could not communicate with them, they got my order completely wrong, then proceeded to give ussomebody else's order, we then went back to have it corrected, they gave my order away to somebody else once again had to remakeit again, they were extremely rude and horrible and now I have food poisoning from your guys's food I'm not happy this isRidiculously disgusting and I will never eat there again which is really sad because up until today charleys was my favoriteplace to eat when their employees cared about the customer, I've never written a complaint before and hope to god I never haveto again. Alright so i went into the mall to get my wife a regular philly cheese stake with mushrooms and banana peppers.....got it home... to her it has jalapeños in it which she cant eat, so i drive all the way back to the mall show them food was wrong and it tookthem over 30 minutes to remake her order and worse of all 1 out of 4 people working there was the only one speaking english andtold me sorry my english is not good. I am sick and tired of walking into places where you want to order food and noone speaksthe nations language! This is getting ridiculous. and before you call me racist my brother or best friend of 32 years in halfnative american and half Hispanic. Who ever owns this Charley's location should restaff immediately and make sure the newemployee and speak and understand english! Read more

Manager Aron likes to try and intimidate customers who ask about their orders. Then does not give out his name until the police... have to intervene. 15 minutes to 20 per orders due to the lack of management managing and instead arguing with customers.It’s funny how a man will speak to a woman until another man gets involved. Manager Aron offered to fight me until my husbandcame up to the counter and that’s where he stood behind keeping his voice down until police came to intervene. I can’t be aracist or a Karen if my husband is Hispanic also. All I wanted was a sandwich. Not this guys bad day and lack of managementeffecting the customer service which is poorly lacking at this establishment in Aurora. I hope Aron dies get it handed to himappropriately because Charley’s is much better without him and his opinions. Read more

They don't answer their phones. Ordered a delivery directly from their website tonight - apparently it's delivered via Door... Dash. Food was never delivered. Called Charley's 8 times - phone rang & rang then disconnected. No one ever answered. Eventuallyhad to call Door Dash. Because I ordered directly from Charley's website they couldn't' issue me the refund for the undeliveredfood... Door Dash rep also tried calling Charley's - of course no one answered the phone. No refund issued, no food. Completelyunprofessional. Read more

Easily my favorite fast food now. The location is convenient, right inside the food court door to the mall, and the service was... excellent. My only complaint was that the fries were undercooked. I'm willing to wait a little longer for those loaded charleysfries yo. Read more

Never had a problem with this place before, however my kid’s chicken tender meal was completely raw inside.

Only half of our order arrived after arriving late. No one answers the phone, no contact from anyone about the missing food we... paid for. Paid for "extra meat" and "extra cheese". See the attached photo of what we received on our half order. I will neverbuy from them again, and would encourage you not to as well. Read more
