This location is absolutely terrible. Everytime I come in here nothing has changed. Same problem as when I visited back in May,... but I came in because they sent a coupon and I hadn't ate in all day. The food is not fresh, the tables, plates and glasswarealways look dirty. Today I seen fingerprints on my plate. I'm utterly grossed out. Went down the street to taco bell and foodwas fresher so manament seriously needs to step it up. It's unacceptable. I got nachos and the cheese was all hard and nothinglooked fresh. It's didn't even look eddible from the min they sat it on my table. The presentation of the food is terrible andagain I had finger prints on my plate. It's gross. Not appealing whatsoever. Read more
Ordered online where they automatically added a $5.95 tip without asking. Then I waited for 20 minutes past my "curbside" pickup... time. After seeing several DoorDash, Grubhub, etc drivers get their food by going inside, I went in there my food was, sittingin a bag ready to go. No way to tell how long it sat there, but it was cold when I got home, and I live less than 1 mile fromthe restaurant. There are way too many other options in this area to go back here for forced gratituity, long wait times, andcold food. Read more
The food was alright. Our waitress however was horrible. There was no reason to be blatantly inattentive. When service is this... poor for your table but excellent for the table behind you, one concludes there is a clear and present color issue. I'm tired ofthis type of behavior. Chili's location on Parker/ and Arapahoe Road has lost my business. I believe they know when theiremployees are racially bias. Read more
I totally understand being busy, but then update your technology to provide a proper pick up time. I was told 6:28-633pm.... Checked in at 6:33...i didnt get our food until 7:38. I called and they said they are really busy, which I get, not upset withthe workers doing their best, but have the system reflect at least a somewhat accurate time. The kids grilled cheese, somehowin 90 minutes wasn't cooked or grilled (bread was completely white), margaritas tasted like sour water, kids fries were wet andsoggy, skillet queso was cold. Ultimate smokehouse combo was incorrect, cheese fries were and kids cheeseburgers were cold. Frommy understanding everything else was ready at 7 (still 30 min late) and then sat waiting for the other 30 minutes. I couldn'tspeak to a manager because he/she was cooking, which really makes me feel bad for them, but nonetheless was a terrible allaround experience. I am requesting a full refund and hopefully some additional explanation as we would hope the issues can beresolved and can eat here again. Read more
The FEW times I ever order from this location it just keeps getting worse... There was SOOOOOO much lettuce the fries and the... whole burger were both cold and soggy. Read more
Service was good and the waitstaff was pleasant. Had the cajun chicken pasta which was wonderful. Great times!
Unfortunately I was disappointed with my meal I ordered to go. We ordered two of the half rack of ribs and the steak meal.... Unfortunately all of the ribs were overcooked and dry and very tough to eat. My steak was like rubber and I could not bitethrough it, i was only able to take maybe two bites around the edges. That's the only place that it was tender. On top of thatour blossoms were dry and kind of burnt corn on the cob was kind of burnt, in the potatoes were hard and just poorly made.Everything was just poorly cooked. I was afraid of this because we were ordering an hour before they closed but no matter whattime a person orders the order should still be at quality. The best thing that we had that night was the cheesecake. Read more
Good food and good service! Will come here again! The egg roll appetizers sound weird but are actually really good!
