I went in for some lunch and was unhappy to see every table in the place was dirty. I was not impressed.with the way the food... came out either. I realize it is a fast food restaurant but it was all "thrown together " and given to me. There was meat,lettuce and tomatoes all over. Please take some pride on what you do. I have quit going to taco bell! It is hard to find one open on Sundays!! Del taco has always been open and the food and prices... are much better. There beef nachos are twice the size, more toppings and taste better for $1.40 more than taco bell. Read more
I have been going toddle taco at southland for past couple years. first, they have never messed up my order, they are always... friendly. food is very fresh and made just like it should be has plenty of cheese, meat etc...not like other fast food placesthat hardly spare a tid bit of cheese or beans , I do wish Del Racons would have a nacho bell grande -because it would be somuch better then Taco-Bells puny item. I give huge kudos out to their employee Luis H. exceptional customer service- better thanany of the employees around southland mall - people need to be more courteous and polite like Luis-I will be coming to thislocation more frequent -these reviews before me, I really question these people-get a job and learn to work hard you willappreciate more in life instead of complaining about nonsense -this place never has these issues these people are stating-soundslike you have issues yourself Read more
0 stars. I am not one to leave reviews, but this location has utterly played me out of good services and money. Iwork next to... this location and I?ve always loved del taco. BUT I simply cannot even go anymore after today, I?ve put up with messed uporders, attitude etc and never complained but today I was tolyou good?, you mad?? By a worker because when I pulled up to thedrive through with only 1 other car in it, nobody was speaking to me through the speaker and I had to ask for help. I?m aservice provider, I am big on kindness and I?m officially sick of this location attitude. I would never speak to my customers,clients etc the way they speak to people and service them. I spend $10 a day 5 days a week here. That?s $50 + a week just frommy pockets and the least they could do is be kind to a continuous customer. ON TOP, they gave me my one lunch item completelywrong.. and flipped around in a bag. They took off all my meat from my crunchtada? And threw a cheap ton of random chip bits ontop? It?s so sloppy and just disappointing. I no longer have a cheap place to grab food from on my work days and that personallysucks for me because I struggle with food and my weight and I actually felt I had a place I enjoyed and the service has justdestroyed that for me. Taco Tuesday? I'm there! Ok, today was Saturday but anyway, I love this location. Always friendly staff & quick service. We sat... inside & it's very clean & we felt comfortable being inside for the first time in forever! The shrimp tacos are fab. Wouldn't Recommend - poor quality food - bad customer service - prices charged are higher than posted prices - GO different... franchise! Went to drive thru and ordered 6 soft ????, 6 hard beef tacos ???? and two epic Carne Asada burritos ????. Afterhaving to repeat the order twice at the menu board had to repeat a third time at the window, and we still didn't get theburritos, they gave use Carne Asada fries. 12 tacos and two fries for $21.45. Had to wait almost ten minutes for the incorrectorder, went from window to parking lot to check order and went inside as the line at drive thru was long and not moving, tookanother 20 minutes to get our burritos but they couldn't correct the fries charges, so finally left at around 5:02, our originalreceipt was at 4:32. Needless to say fast food taco after 30 minutes are not good, whether it was the length of time or not theywere cold. They changed for their larger tacos and gave us the value ones, as you can see in the pictures are only twice thesize of the sauce packets. We asked for extra sauce packets and as you see in the pic, they gave us two. While inside foralmost 20 minutes dirty wrapping papers sat on the counter with staff and managers going back and forth. Disgusting, placewasn't clean, never did get the correct order, no employee spoke clear enough English to correct our charges and the food wasunedable. We stopped at MCDONALD'S on our way home and ate it. I'm going back tomorrow when I don't have the kids with me for arefund. I let you know how that goes. Read more
Went through the drive thru and then they told me to pull out front and was told my food would be given to me. I waited 15... minutes for someone to come out and after plenty of other cars pulling through I got upset and walked in. Kid behind the countersees me and just says "oh woops....sorry". They completely forgot I was waiting for my order outside. Read more
