We probably should have walked out the second we realized there were only two customers besides us at 12:15 in a Sunday... afternoon. This might be the slowest Dickies I?ve been to, the 3 people working had zero urgency to accomplish anything. My foodwasn?t terrible, but my kids? ?chicken nuggets? were disgusting and their Mac and chz looked a day old. Most of the napkinholders were empty and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The owners actually helped me. They were extremely helpful, informative, and very friendly. I had the brisket with baked... beans, fries, and Texas toast. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back very soon. Read more
Just spent $50.00 at Dickey's on East Garden Drive. I asked for Pork Burnt ends and received shredded pork. I figured OK I'll... eat this, I ordered two sides a ceasar salad and creamed spinach. I went to take a bite of my pork and it's was cold like out ofthe fridge. I took it up to have them heat it up. A few minutes later I received it back and it was still cold. The creamedspinach was between cold and room temperature. My husbands meal was cold as well. I will never go back to Dickey's EVER!! I'venever been so disappointed and the fact when asked to HEAT it up, I get it back not even warm is upsetting. Honestly the ladiesworking the front on 09/10/2022 @ 3:00 should be reprimanded. I liked that the guy working behind the counter recommend the chicken, it was so moist and flavorful. I wish I had it for every... one of my meal preps. I didn't really like the brisket I think the flavor just wasn't for me, my wife liked it though. Read more
So this spot used to be a favorite stop for me....but now...looks like the owner is cutting corners to save money...the meat was... lukewarm and dry, the okra tastes different then before. The beans were burnt..and the ice cream machine was busted...when I wasa regular there were always people in the restaurant, today at lunch It was dead and they were out of ribs and turkey...claimedthey discontinued it....but still was on the digital menus... ????.
