We waited in line for a long time, that's not something I'd usually complain about but even after our long wait the omlette... bites we ordered were still frozen in the middle and of the wrong type. I'll give the Dunkin' brand a few more chances but everyone I've visited has left me cold and with a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
I haven?t gone to this place in about 2 years but I wanted a chocolate donut so I went there ordered munchkins, a cruller, mini... bagels, and some hash browns. Hash browns tasted burnt/freezer burnt, the mini bagels taste off, the cruller tasted way to sweetand specifically the jelly munchkins, I got had no jelly in them, almost as though a little smug of jelly was put on the end tomake it seem like there was some jelly in there but there was not. I was really hoping for some good munchkins too. I will sayas well that it didn?t seem like the tables had been wiped down in a bit cause there was trash and food scraps on them (Though Icould understand if they can?t always get time to wipe down.) it's about these people at this Duncan but the service there is very poor. Place to order for assorted dozen donuts and a medium... iced coffee. This woman threw the donuts in there like they were toxic. Place my order before this young lady walked in butsomehow she ended up with her iced coffee before mine. Everyone has a horrible attitude. Asked for extra shot of espresso and this looks like every other drink I get. Better yet, she... shook the drink up so there?s really no way of telling. I placed an online order for the only drink I get from Dunkin. I don?t typically go to this location, but I was in the area. The... woman at the window was still in training and after a bit of back and forth she found my order while being very pleasant andapologetic. When I informed her my order didn?t look right at, she sought help from a woman I?m assuming was some kind ofsupervisor. The supervisor argued with me about the drink and took it away like she was going to remake it, but instead addedmore topping and tried to hand it back to me. The new employee seemed like she was trying to make it better, and I honestly feelbad for her. It was around breakfast and the line was long behind me before I ever saw my drink, so I left but I did not drinkthe disgusting beverage they gave me. So disappointed. Read more
I wanted to update my review: they have the same manager but she seems to be trying to be kinder. I see the effort and it?s... appreciated The manager at the location is the worst. She?s consistently rude and condescending. Clearly she hates her life. Ifyou dare ask for a customization on a drink her tone immediately changes to one of disdain. I stopped coming to this locationfor about a year because of her and had only returned to see if things had improved or if she had left. Unfortunately she isstill the manager at this location and she is still just as bitter and as rude as she has always been. I think I?ll be goingback to Starbucks and Dutch Bros from here on out. It?s worth the extra dollar or so to have a more pleasant experience. Theother employees are great. Kind and caring. It?s just the manager that is awful. The service here is terrible. My husband and I had never been to this location. We decided on this place because we had to do... some work on the computer. While doing our thing at one of the booths we saw the manager be so rude to her customers and heremployer. I clearly heard her say "They can eat their donuts in their car while they wait I don't care, I'm not doing this"(Talking about someone in the drive through). A group of gentleman had walked in and one of them went to use the restroom, at adifferent time this lady who was clearly pregnant walked in and asked to use the restroom to which again this manager told her"You can go across to the 7/11 they have bathrooms"..!! I was in complete shock so I asked to have the restroom key for the useof my husband and I. I was told that supposedly the bathrooms weren't working. Are you kidding me?? How are you going to tell methat both aren't working when I clearly saw someone in there before you turned away that poor pregnant lady. Shame. If dealingwith customers isn't for you please find a different job, it's literally a donut place how hard is it to be nice. Breaking pointwas when I didn't even get my coffee order right and I had to wait another 20min for it when there was no one else in the shop. Read more
