On 5/20/21 at approx. 3:30pm I went to get some food and the gal was on her cell motioning at me to wait. I waited and waited,... finally went next door to a place called Sbarro Italian food. Loved the Italian food. Thanks to the rude gal at Famous Wok forintroducing me to good food. That was the first I've ever been at Sbarro. I WILL BE BACK ????. It should never take 20 minutes to make a smoothie. Wanna year a joke? I ordered food at the Burger King next to it, and they... had it out in less than five minutes. Wanna hear another? While I was waiting I saw the staff start drinking behind the line!How about another one? The family in front of me was treated very rudely when they asked for a refill. I WAS going to eat at Sarku Japan in food court, as usual thier line was long, because thier food is quality.... I was so hungry... I opted for Golden Wok across the way, big fn mistake. The firl at the helm was basically a manequin that somehow moved, superunfriendly. BUT the food was the worst food I have ever purchased, soggy, and old, am going to go home and hopefully not die... Should have read the reviews rather than letting my craving for Chinese food get the better of me. Although it looked... appetising on the surface, food was cold, insipid, disappointing. Chicken full of gristle and bones. Coatings were soggy notcrispy. Restaurants like this deserve to fail. Read more
We found a bug in our chicken and when I returned to the counter the lady's response was "We don't care, no refunds". I asked... for a manager and she said they did not have one and then I asked for her to call one and she said they had no phone number. DONOT EAT AT FAMOUS WOK. They are unsanitary and rude. I was super skeptical when my wife suggested we eat here. Mall food court Chinese food isn't usually the top of my list. I have... to admit I was wrong. As far as American fast Chinese food, this is as good as any. Great service at the counter, food wasfresh and large portions. Read more
