Ordered my girl food and it took them 30 min after having to go up and ask about it they said oh yes it's been ready!!! Like... duhhh we know also the cheesecake stuff i ordered 5 but only got 4in the bag. this was last night 8/28/22 some short dude tookour order and said it would be 10 minutes! Terrible service and rude staff. I have been to almost all of the day shacks in Colorado and I have never been met with such... disrespect by an employee. Under no circumstances should a person/customer be ignored. I don't think I could ever give my moneyto this establishment again after this interaction. Each visit with you guys is THE VERY BEST part of my day.. Out of all the late nights this is the most convenient grub spot in... my neighborhood. My cravings are wild and Fat Shack's menu certainly matches my appetite. I know each time I go they got myback, special thanks to Dom} Those shakes are the BomB I'm telling everyone about this place. What a gem! A friend pointed out this place after we'd been out having a few drinks and I saw fried Oreos on their menu and was... sold! We walked in at about 12:30am and the staff was incredibly friendly and upbeat for being late at night. Clayton was sopersonable and helpful at recommending the perfect dessert to end our girls night out - and the deep fried Twinkie did notdisappoint! When I mentioned we were celebrating my birthday he even gave a little round of song. It made for a greatexperience and I highly recommend stopping in! Read more
Missing food, quality poor. No customer service, dude actually rolling his eyes at customers trying to pick up their orders. Way... to much sauce on the wings. The bread for the "Philly cheese steak" seemed under cooked. Waited 30 mintues after being toldeight. Pre pandemic food and customer service was great. Two weeks ago I ordered off of door dash the first order came wrong. Door dash... sends out a reorder request - second order order came wrong after waiting another hour. Third time I didn?t even want to call tocomplain because I had waited two hours on these prior deliveries. Today 7/25 I decide to give you another try. Wish I wouldn?thave. These are what you call fried pickles? This is absolutely horrendous. Absolutely terrible. Tastes terrible, looksterrible. I can?t believe this would be served to a customer, not only that I have to pay for this! You should have higherstandards or retrain employees.This is not the breading I have had In the past from you so I do not know what has happened butthe employees are rude and cannot make the food correct.
