I was introduced to Fazoli's while in college in Arizona 20+ yrs ago and slowly the food places closed out in our state and when... I saw they had a few Fazoli's around the area we are staying here in Colorado I HAD to take my kiddos! I was so excited!!! Thefood was awesome, we ate everything. The young lady who took our order was very friendly and we sat in a very comfortablesetting for dinner. Now my kiddos are in love & we are only in Colorado for another 2-3 days, then back to Arizona & noFazoli's! We are one happy, FULL fam tonight. Thank you! Read more

Most of my order was okay. But I ordered there new orange drink and ended up with a strawberry drink instead. When I brought... this to their attention I was told they were out of the orange. Slow? Very slow. I was the only car in line and it took about 6 minutes to even place my order. It then took quite a while to... get my order. It would not have bothered me too much had the food been good. The pizza was not at all ?melty? but had that oldschool cafeteria sheen on it. Very luke warm and nasty. Horrible experience. No one in line but had to repeat my order twice to Ronald in drive thru only to be asked again what we... would like to drink after already given food. Ronald proceeded to chat with coworkers with no regard for making the drink. Lackof service plus they went up a bit on price. Not likely I'll be returning to this location. ***Update *** Stopped by today andhad to Update my previous 1 star review from 4 years ago. Tried the gluten free rotini and was delicious. Service was quick andplace was pretty clean. Happy I gave them another chance and happy the 1 gluten free item they carry was good! ***Update Jan2022*** Back to the 1 star review. Came in at 845pm. Not a customer on site or in drive thru. Online says open till 10. Threeemployees on site and guy tells me that they're are closed because they are short staffed. It's said when a fast food place is one of the best places to get Italian food. The food here is actually better then the local... Olive Garden. They're not normally that busy and the prices match what you get. You also get all you can eat bread sticks whichare way better then other places as well. Read more
