Placed an online order, received multiple conformation and update notifications about delivery and then abruptly received a... "order has been cancelled" text. Called to inquire and over 2 hours and multiple calls no on ever picked up the phone to confirmrefund. Called the next day, still no answer and payment not refunded. Over 2 days and 15+ calls no one ever answered the phone.Had to dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back. No help, no service, not using the store again. Don't use theironline service! Tried going here 3 times today. Each time the store had a sign up that they were closed and would reopen at a different time.... The last time was saying they would reopen at 4:15 and we arrived at about 4:10. We waited outside for 12 minutes waited forthem to open the door as the kid inside looked at us multiple times. When I was finally fed up with waiting and we turned toleave, the kid ran to open the door and asked if we had an online order. I said no but this is the 3rd time I was here today andyou were closed each time. He responded that, ?they had a big rush and were out of a lot of things.? So? you are magically goingto get a delivery by 4:15? What about every other time? What is the point of putting a ?will be back @ 4:15? sign up if you haveno intention to actually open up at 4:15? absolute insanity how some places are still in business. This place won?t be gettingmine ever again. Read more

Where to start, this use to be a great place to get smoothies under the first round when Southlands was new! This has changed... hands quite a bit, and now unsure what this place actually is representing, with insane wait times, absent customer servicestandards, and attention to detail. Been here a few times and gave the benefit of the doubt with problems with finding properstaff, but still at the end of the day its a business, and people vote with their $! Read more

Have a sign delcaring your at your own risk of being exposed to allergens but I cannot bring my own vegan protein powder in to... add to a smoothie im paying for. Then after talking about wanting a vegan smoothie and asking for the soy option im still givencow milk. Lack of ability to communicate and be of service to the patrons coming in. Waist of 8$s Read more

Waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Had to ask guy in back if anyone was working. No one in the store as far as customers.... No one at counter, but 2 workers not wanting to help anyone. It took 10 minutes to make 2 drinks that were exactly the same. I?mready for robots to take over if this is how customer service is evolving. Read more

Well first of all I very rarely go to Jamba Juice but I thought today would be a nice day to go, but I sadly must say this... experience was Very poor and I did not even get to order anything after waiting nearly 45 minutes and the professionalism of thestaff was very subpar. This is a very small restaurant and it was very ridiculous when I went in there were probably about 8 to10 people in line, and several more waiting for their orders. I arrived around 3:00 PM and there were only 2 employees and I getit when short staffed, they were working hard taking time to make each order and occasionally take orders, and I was okay withpatiently waiting. However, my complaint comes from the fact they had Me and some of the other guests waiting for 45 MINUTES inline and I started with maybe 6 or 7 people ahead of me in line and at 3:45 I was 3RD one IN LINE. In that 45 minutes ofwaiting another 2-3 employees came in and rather than having one jump on the register to start taking orders and getting theline shorter, they stood there TALKING for approximately 5 or more minutes and then after this they announced to everyone whowas waiting a ridiculously long amount of time that they basically ran out of Most Juices. At an establishment called JambaJuice and Juice is in the name it is so frustrating that this happened. And a sincere apology was not really given either... And I am sad to say but I must give this experience 0 stars and I likely will not be back at least to this location, since theysaid they would then have to close down for approximately. 30 minutes as well. So I went to your competitor Orange Julius/DairyQueen across the street and guess what I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and the staff was very more professionaland friendly too. Very disappointing experience at Jamba Juice! Read more

I?ve had some marginal experiences in the past, but lately, things aren?t working well for them. I tried to place an online... order and upon placing the order, the system said the store is not accepting online orders at this time. So, I proceed to thestore at 1pm only to be met with a closed sign stating it will reopen at 1:30pm. Sure would?ve been nice to list that on theirhours of operation. But I guess making customers go out of their way only to find out they?re not open is the best way toachieve customer service. Not sure what?s going on with this establishment but I?ll be surprised if it continues to stay inoperation. Read more
