Have come here a few times since we moved to the area. Don?t pre-order because it won?t be right. You have to stand there and... make sure you repeat yourself to make sure correct toppings are applied, the right bread is used, etc. Walked-in and ordered ahot sandwich. Line moved very slow and the staff was somewhat disorganized. Grilled food took too long and unsequenced the checkout process.... The staff tried to give us two items that weren?t ours. The use of gloves wasn?t necessary as the staff kept touching theirfaces and heads with the gloves. Read more

I fear this is the only recourse I have for attempting to receive customer service from this store. I frequently order a... sandwhich to be picked up as I drive by on my way to work, today I did the same. I placed an online order for pickup at 1830,and usually I'm anywhere from 5 mins early to 5 mins late, today I was the latter. In fact, I was there almost 10 minutes afterthe scheduled pickup time and being there that late meant I was running late for work. I hurriedly approached the counter onlyto see my order wasn't ready. I understand they were busy and I understand that I was in a hurry. However, you can't ask me towait to make my sandwich which supposed to be ready almost 10 minutes earlier since I'm only there to pickup and run. Since Iwas so late I just had to leave, I didn't even have 15 seconds to stand there and tell them any of this. As I was on the road Icalled the number, listed in the app and in Google, many many many times. Each time I called it was the same, it rang 3 timesand went to what I assume is voice-mail. I tried calling randomly until the Google posted closing time and always the sameresult, voice-mail. I did leave a voice-mail as evidence that I had called, but I doubt if it will ever be heard. Regardless ofall that, I was unable to cancel my order, which was especially frustrating because the avenues for communication are in placethey are just not being used. So if your seeing this and are able, I'd like my point back. Lastly, frequently when I try toorder from this location I live close to, the app will say this store is temporarily not accepting orders, and when I look atthe other stores none of them ever say this. Why does that happen? They've missed out on at least 10 orders from me because ofthis. Read more

I came here Thursday at noon. It wasn?t busy there was one person ahead of me and the makers were so slow in making the orders.... Subs are supposed to be fast and convenient for those that are in a time crunch for work and such. Ended up going somewhere elseto eat lunch. It?s pathetic in how slow your people really are. *edited review: i think there were some major staffing issues that led to this location being temporarily a mess. We have... visited since the extreme problems and feel this location is running (pretty) smoothly once again. We love the fresh cut delimeat and fresh baked bread. Everything tastes delicious. There are some staff members that are really great and stand out fromthe rest. I hope they are all being paying a good wage so that the great team members they have stick around and there isntanother mess. Read more

I would not recommend this location. Customer Service needs improvement. I ordered online in advance for a pick up order. When I... arrived they did not have the order prepared and did not know about the order. Once I showed them the order and they finallyconfirmed it on their end, they promised it would be ready quickly. Understandable and I appreciated that they were going towork fast to get it ready. However, when other people walked in behind me and place orders, they continued to make theirsandwiches and put mine to the side. Not only was this ordered and PAID for in advance and not ready, but now I was standingthere watching them prioritize other people's sandwiches. When I mentioned something to one of the more experienced people, hesaid "I have to keep my line moving". But my sandwiches were now part of that "line". These sandwiches were for a staff meetingwith my team that I showed up 30 min late to based on this service. I will never come back to this location. There are manysandwich places to choose from. This location closes at 9 pm, walk in at 8:20 the guys working there didn?t Acknowledge your existence until you get to the... counter, they already closed out the cash drawer and turned off the grill. Then rudely announce only credit card and nothing onthe grill. I just walked out really didn?t want them making my food. Why bother say you close at 9 if your employees close at8:20? just went to firehouse that was more than happy to make me a sandwich take my money! Read more
