I used to LOVE Jet's Pizza, because I got such a great value for my money. But a few days ago, I went to a Jet's and ordered 3... slices. Was shocked when the guy at the counter said, "that'll be $9.72 ..... and then prompted me to enter a tip amount on topof that." Unfortunately, there's just no way I can ever go to Jet's again. Their pizza is really good, but when I go somewherespecifically because they are a cheap lunch, and then it ends up costing as much as a sit-down meal at a real restaurant, thatjust isn't do-able. Jet's, thank you for all of the very inexpensive, excellent value lunches over the years. It was greatwhile it lasted. But I have to say "good bye" forever because of your extreme price increases, which are way beyond inflation. Read more

I usually enjoy jets pizza but todays order was terrible. Pizza wasnt sliced and barely had the supreme toppings I... ordered(LAZY) and the wings were awful. They didn't include my antipasto salad and the cinnamon bread sticks looked old andtasted bad. I always get a bottle or two of ranch dressing because it's awesome, but this time they give me 8 small cups insteadof a easy to use bottle.Last time I order from jets. I usually spend over 75 bucks for me and my family and tip well over 25%,because I like the food. Never again! Read more

I usually have a good experience with Jets pizza, I am not sure what has happened lately. I was told the delivery may take up to... 40 minutes to arrive, I was fine with that. The delivery finally arrived 90 minutes later and there were no plates, cheese,pepper flakes, and the pizza was very dark. Almost burnt. This makes 3 times we have had a bad experience with this location. Iwould like to speak with management this time. One time is understandable. 3 times is not. Read more

Drove in from Kansas City and made our first stop in the area at Jets Pizza, was amazed with the service! The cashier greeted us... promptly and was very nice. I last minute ordered sauce cups and the cashier paid for them himself! Was blown away! He took cashout of his own wallet to help me out! He deserves an absolute raise! Absolutely happy with everything at this restaurant. Willdefinitely come back again on the way out! Pizza is just as great as the service! Read more

This location is a *disgrace* to the entire franchise. The quality is TRASH. They need to fire their entire LAZY a$$ crew!... ???? Thin crust pizzas here are *always* undercooked and soggy like eating wet cardboard. They NEVER add turbo crust when itis requested. And the icing on the cake...this weekend, I ordered an 8-slice *deep dish* sausage and pepperoni pizza, but theywere too lazy to make it! They tossed two tiny already baked pies in the box and dumped some unbaked toppings on them. That's astraight up RIP-OFF!!!! If they couldn't make or didn't feel like making the deep dish, they should just cancelled it...why lieand put something else in the box?? Smh.... Read more

AMAZING! I love this pizza! The Detroit style is so so good, it?s caramelized edges make it the perfect pizza. I absolutely hate... undercooked or doughy pizza, which is a concern when you get thicker pizzas, but not here! The pizza and cheese bread wereperfection. Highly recommend this place, it?s even better if you smoke while you wait for it to be delivered :) Read more
