I frequented here when I lived in Aurora about 4 years ago, enjoying their Kahlua pig with cabbage and lau lau combo, barbecue... beef musubi and fresh poke'. I happened to be in the area so I stopped by. I was first in line as they opened and they got myorder wrong, also overcharging me for the poke. Carlos demanded $3.50 for poke was because of tax, which is not correct sincetax is added to the total. They couldn't fix my order because they didn't have a managers code. Carlos took at least 8 orderswhile my cashier struggled to fix mine. A horrible experience and Carlos was very rude. The other younger cashier was nice andvery frustrated he couldn't help me. Compared to 4-5 years ago, they really decreased the portion size. They always ask how many sauces do you want and tell me... theres a limit of 1?.why the F ask if its only limited to 1? I don?t recommend this place Read more
If you want hearty portions for the price, then L&L is the spot, this place seriously hits every taste pallet. Parking is better... in back of the place than front, and just know its always a little wait, but worth it anything good is always worth waiting for.Have been coming here for years and would say if you have not had it a must do! I got to go food for dinner. First I want to point out that you got a lot of food for your money. It's been awhile since I have... felt like that and I eat out a lot. My meat was really good and the sauce had a unique flavor to it. I also got to try my mom'sseafood and it had a really yummy and crunchy crust. Overall, really great food for a great price. Read more
First time here. We had the last chicken salad, the mix BBQ and the roast pork with brown gravy. All came with Mac salad. I... would definitely go back for the katsu chicken and want to try out their musubis next time. Not yet BauFam approved. Need apt.2 to confirm. Read more
L&L is one of our favorite places to eat. We?ve eaten here so often and rarely get a meal that?s not 100% amazing. It?s always... fresh too. I usually get the chicken katsu plate and my husband usually gets one of the combos and the spam musubi buteverything we?ve tasted is great. Be prepared to wait when you eat here. It?s a popular joint so at dinner time the line isusually out the door. Even still though, the wait isn?t terrible, we usually get our food 15 or so minutes after ordering andthe line moves pretty quick. You can call ahead, but the line is often busy so you?ll have to try a few times to get through.Highly recommend coming here if you?re looking for some good food! Read more
We went to this little gem of a restaurant on a Wednesday evening as a party of two. Very little wait to place our dine-in... order, and food was ready after a 5-10 minute wait. Several tables and seats were available, so no problem there. The food isfantastic, servings are plenty (enough for sharing), and the prices are very reasonable. Used to be my favorite place since 2018. I'd drive 40 mins every month, I got food here for my birthday one time. Loved it. Now... I see a decline in quality of the food and service. Today is my last day eating L and L. The Mac (always my favorite) was notseasoned and had an odd after taste. My BBQ chicken was bland and had no color. My partner had to spit out his ribs and threwout half a plate. We used to worship this place and would eat it everything in one sitting. Sadly, the flavors aren't how theyused to be. Hopefully they hire better cooks. This is my last time being disappointed by L and L. Read more
