Went to take my mom for lunch giving them a second chance from previous negative interactions. Was pleasantly surprised that... several changes were made, different cook-providing large portions of food then before, wait staff that provided a greatexperience in the past have returned, and no surprise charges on the bill! I haven?t eaten at the restaurant but the grocery shop is connected to the restaurant and they have amazing lentil samosas. They... have other baked goods available, a butcher for fresh meat, and tons of spices you won?t find at other places. Great place toget Green coffee beans and fresh ingredients for chai. Read more
I forget how good this place is. While the only serve vege and beef (so, no doro wot, no lamb dishes), everything is delicious... and nicely spiced. The restaurant is well decorated, and clean. Meat from the market next door, i can only assume is fresh withgood turnover. Owners are friendly, really cannot complain at all and in fact one of the best Ethiopian restaurants in town. Read more

This place is awesome! I really like the decor and the food is simply delicious. It's one of the best Ethiopian restaurants... I've been visited. We got the veggie combo dish and it was spectacular. Very authentic hole in the wall Ethiopian restaurant. Service was a little slow but nothing my friends and I couldn't wait on.... The food was well worth the wait. Very inviting and cozy environment, not a ton of seating but it what it is. I will be back! Read more
