I want to start by saying I always order multiple times from a restaurant before I leave a review. To be honest this location... has let me down time and time again. We used door dash on many occasions where substitutions that we were charged extra for werealways ignored. Is it still good food? Yes. But it's so hard to say it's good when it's ......not......what....you.....ordered. When you offer this many options on what goes in your bowl I want what I pay for. We really enjoyed the meal. Tasty and fresh. Took a little while to get the food, but they were very busy.

Worst restaurant experience in the last decade for me. Cashier did not want to be there. Ordered and waited, waited, waited. ... Went to check, was told ?waiting on something?. Five more minutes, she drops the food on the table without an apology. Pastawas cold on the inside. Went back up, she turned to the cook ?he wants this remade?. I instead asked for a refund and themanager. She turns her back and directs another employee to refund my money, who at least quietly apologized. Not sure if sheis a bully or what, but worst experience in a long time and it demands a review. Read more

Didn't give me dressing for my salad and they don't offer any sort of refund for ruining your order. A comped entree on another... day is fine in theory, but it does absolutely nothing for someone who's traveling and only in town for a couple days. When youmess up someone's entire order, it should be on you to fix it, period. Read more

I ordered from this location through Uber Eats on July 18th and the app would not let me add extra sauce. I called the location... and spoke to a girl who said the app wouldn't allow her to change it but that she would take care of me. My order showed up withextra sauce and the other entrees, including mine, were all delicious. Thank you! You are appreciated! Read more

I ordered through DoorDash and my food was so burnt it was un edible (garlic bread). I called the location just to inform them... about my order being burnt? the managers only response was ?your going to need to contact DoorDash for a refund?. There was noapology or anything, I wasn?t even looking for a refund. Very disappointed as I go to noodles very often! Read more

So over getting an incorrect order every time. It costs $1 extra for every extra topping, and every single time without fail, I... get two broccoli florets, 3 pieces of zucchini, no extra sauce, and a dirty grill flavor. All of which I have overlooked timeand time again. Today, I got an extra secret ingredient I didn't even ask for- maybe pieces of built up/burned grease off thegrill? No idea. Just giant, hard, black flakes. This restaurant is awful and I hate that I wasted my time and money. I had noclue that equipment maintenance and reading an order was that difficult, but you learn something new every day. Read more
