We came here for my brother's b-day. From the moment we walked in was very welcoming, & then we got the best waitress by the... name of Bella who even though she had multiple tables was always there whenever we needed anything. Let's not even begin tomention how great the food was, hot, fresh, & tasty. Great job to the kitchen crew and especially our amazing waitress Bella.Thank you for making it such an exceptional experience we'll be sure to return and recommend this place. Read more

This was my first experience at P.F. Chang’s. We were immediately greeted by a lovely hostess while she was inquiring about... number of guests etc she was rudely interrupted by a member of waitstaff that yelled out to her that she would like to get moretables. No big deal, but we got this waitress who wanted more tables but took 10 minutes to even get to us. After ordering myfood was warm, like it sat under a warmer for an extended time frame. I would have mentioned it but again the waitress whowanted more tables, was nowhere to be found. As we are eating another staff member decided it was a great idea to vigorouslysweep the floor in very close proximity to our table. I wouldn’t have thought much about it until stuff landed on our table. When we had finished again our waitress who we had only seen twice was nowhere to be found. We asked another employee if hewould mind getting to go boxes. He did and even placed the leftovers in the boxes. I asked if he could find our waitress so wecould pay the bill. He offered to bring the bill, it wasn’t until after that our waitress showed up to check on us. I’mhoping this was just a one time unfortunate experience as I’ve heard good things about them. 7/30/22- Just average for a P.F. Chang's. Over priced for bland food. My mom said her soup was good but her noodles were really... undercooked to the point they were hard. My food was super bland and even though I got garlic chicken there was no garlicflavor. They also do not have food menus and force people to try and use a qr code. The problem is that qr codes don't work onall phones. We had to try to look up the menu online and the one on their website had no prices so we were ordering food withoutknowing how much it cost. Just a bad experience with bad service. They need to address the issues of them not having menus.Other places have gone back to real menus and this place need to have them accessible for people as an option. Don't waste yourtime with this place. They used to be good pre-covid, but they have let everything go. Read more

We had a really good experience at P.F. Chang's. There was plenty of parking and no wait time to get in. Our server, who was... very friendly, swiftly took our orders, and they did a great job getting our cocktails to our table fast. The drinks were prettygood. The food came out splendid, as well. The honey shrimp portion was surprisingly large - something you don't see too often. While the prices are a bit steeper than other casual dining places, this is a place we'll come back to in the Southlands. My Favorite dish is Oolong Chilean Sea Bass, it has a Ginger Soy Sauce with Wok'd (Their Word) Spinach! Very Yummy! Oh yeah, and... a Tokyo Mule! As usual best chill atmosphere! Read more

I was pleased with the Pad Thai. I'm always hunting for a good authentic, balance that isn't drowned in sauce/ gravy. Ethnic... noodle dishes require a balance of critical  ingredients. Chang's version had the right balance of tamarind fish sauce to chilipowder, peanuts, cilantro, green onions and lime. Wonderful green onion garnish! Sadly, there is no Lunch version. Paid $14 Manycommon menu items at lunchtime are  $2 to $6 off the dinner prices! ex. Mongolian Beef Dinner, $20, Lunch $14. My server wasthe bartender Nick, since I sat outside on the patio. He was attentive and incredible friendly. Very convenient payment optionsinclude direct by phone, (just scan QR code) I also tried PF Chang's featured drink, Singapore Sling. I must say it was a wasteof fine sipping gin, Suntory Roku Gin is expensive because it tastes sublime even served neat. Why would you mask all thosedelicate herbal notes with sugar and other strong , common flavors akin to fruit punch? But it did make for witty banter withthe bartender. Lol Read more
