Something was off today. I had a few pieces of food that tasted like dirty dishwater. I thought it was just me until my daughter... spewed something out of her mouth and described the taste. Same. My son ate something from my bowl and said "that tasted weird."The staff was nice and floors and table clean but it was the first time ever my kids refused to finish their orange chicken.That's saying ALOTl. This place gave me food poisoning on September 20th, 2022. I went in at around 8pm and the food seemed fine but the mushroom... chicken was off, the noodles tasted a little more greasy than normal, I ate maybe 10 bites and stopped. 5 hours later I wascompletely dehydrated and it has been the worst food poisoning Ive ever had. Here's the facts, drive up order includes honey walnut shrimp with lomein. I am told that the shrimp would take 5 or 6 minutes,... and asked if I minded waiting. I said I'd wait. Pulled around front and waited 14 minutes before food was delivered. Orderwas completely accurate. Delivery person indicated that I was waiting because of the "lomein". I needed another order, andwent back through the drive thru. Ordered double teriyaki and fried rice, I am told that the teriyaki chicken would be "5 or 6minutes" and asked if I would wait. I questioned why iwould have to wait for probably one of the most popular items they have,and also mentioned that my previous order and having to wait for that. After back pedaling, they checked their volume and wasable to supply me with my order without waiting. I'll come back, the food was good. But even an average fast food restaurantdoesn't favor inside customers over their drive thru. "All in the order it was received" should be your motto. Read more
Not so bad if you?re into this sh!t. My youngest Daughter loves?? it. I?m not such a big fan but the orange ???? chicken ???? is... pretty fire ???? especially when it?s fresh. Also the walnut shrimp ???? is Brackin also. Overall it is what it is. Thislocation is usually super fast ???? and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful without bad attitudes. The person at the counter who first took our order was rude and he was upset about something, but we had no idea what. Another... staff member took over and the 4 of us finally were able to get our orders in. Our food wasn't ready when we paid and when wedid get the food we got no utensils. When we went back to get utensils, we again encountered an apparently overwhelmed staffmember who didn't remember we were a party of 4 and only gave 3 forks and who seemed annoyed when I asked for the 4th. Tablesand floors were dirty. The soda machine was malfunctioning, and the staff seemed unconcerned. The food was ok. Read more
