Walked in to grab a takeout dinner and the restaurant was not very clean and the young kid at the register was not too thrilled... to be there and needless to say was not very helpful in the two simple questions I asked him. Panera as a whole is on a downhill slide, but this one is sliding down faster. Employees are pleasant but management is rude and... unconcerned with customer service. Ordered a 1/2 chicken salad sandwich that had chicken salad on 1/4 of the bread. Managerrefused to honor a promotion I used online. This only thing they did successfully was ensure I won't be back. Paid these people $65 for 2 whole salads and 2 whole sandwiches. When I got home the entire order was wrong!! The Manager Zak... would only replace 2 of the 4 items! - Firehouse subs is my go to now! Read more
The worst bagel ever! Craving a bagel and cream cheese this morning, did a search near me and nothing came up. I remembered the... bakery and bagels at Panera and used to get toasted bagel and cream cheese 10 years ago. Big mistake, smallest bagel ever for$5.00 and the cream cheese was an individual serving you had to add yourself. So ended up adding to a cold bagel and everyoneknows it should be added right after it was toasted. Crazy how restaurants charge more and continue to cut portion sizes too. Atthe same time trying to do the least amount of service possible. I know they used to add the cream cheese. I should have gone toKing Soopers and made my own. Read more
I'm pretty disgusted right now, went to this place earlier today, through the drive thru, was not given a receipt... but that's... beside the point.... I am so disappointed to have started eating half of my sandwich to find a hair in it! Messed up my entireappetite and I will not be returning to eat here again. Read more
Have been to this location several times; food is average, the customer service is below average; the place is always a... wreck/dirty. Sticky tables, sticky floors. Specially drink station Area is alway disgusting. They can do better. Read more
Good Panera location. The food is always delicious and great for all ages. A employee checked on how we were doing after we... received our food. I have never had someone do that. Con: They accidently gave my husband a baguette instead of chips. Theyquickly gave him the chips and said keep the baguette. I asked for a asiago bread for my sandwich and received the standardbread for the frontage chicken panini. Read more
Can't speak for all the food as I have not really eaten much here. Ordered several dozen of their petite scones last minute the... evening before the morning I needed them for a gathering. Very courteous customer service and the scones were made on time,fresh and delicious! Read more
