Horrible service. I placed an order online before I drove there and confirmed what I ordered and they made me pay for the full... order online. When I got there only 1 of the 3 items I paid for was there. They got the manager over who didn?t apologize when Itold her I drove there specifically for the items their site said was available. Their site listed more than half of their itemsas sold out but what we ordered showed still available. She told me she was the person who updates what?s still available, askedme what time I placed my order (which was clearly on the receipt she was holding). I told her what time we ordered, she lookedat her watch and she just shrugged her shoulders and told me to put in my card. Horrible customer service. They asked for myphone number when I placed my order. Why didn?t they contact me to say they didn?t have them before I drove all the way there,parked, and had to stand in line for 10 minutes before they even helped us. No apology, no offer to get us something else. Justrude and could care less. This location has always been poorly stocked and all of their coffees and coffee drinks weren?tavailable as their machines are broken. This is the only Panera that I have always had a bad experience at every singletime. The 1 item of our order they did give us was only 1/2 of the size it normally would be. If you fill an order, chargesomeone for it, and then you can?t give to the customer what they paid for, at least apologize and ask if there is somethingelse they would like instead. Don?t just tell the customer to put in their card. I even had to ask her if putting in my cardmeant she would be refunding me. They refunded me for the 2 items they didn?t give us instead of seeing if we wanted to replacethem with something else. Read more

One of the worst service I ever had manager was rude, disrespectful and Obnoxious. Instead of cutting the banquette with a... knife, they just twisted it with their hands. She should be fired ! If she does not like her job she needs to leave it tosomeone who cares about their work ! she refused to replace my plate. After giving us the wrong order. Customer satisfaction wasmissed. Also, I am regular client there and i take all of my guests there. Completely disrespectful. This was beyond ridiculous. Read more

I?m a DoorDasher and will no longer accept orders from this restaurant. I checked in with Jordan at the register, who lied to me... and witnessed me waiting for over 10 minutes for the order. I had 2 orders assigned to me. Finally the general managers emergesfrom the back, way to finally do your job, to tell me the order wasn?t even sent to the cooks yet. I tell worthless Jordan I?mgoing to get my 2nd order from across the street and return. Upon returning the worthless store manager CANCELED THE CUSTOMERSORDER! Because I no longer stood there waiting the customer now has to replace and repay for their food. Very rude from theminute they don?t say hello, just how can I help you. I?ve never ate at Panera and after the terrible experiences every time Ipick up an order I never will. So for my fellow Dashers, be prepared for 10+ minute waits and rude service. Read more

I bring my elderly mother-in-law here for the tomato soup. It's her favorite. The staff at this location are ALWAYS consistently... polite, helpful and friendly --not to mention quick. Tonight the person that took our order was a cute girl with a septumpiercing. She was super patient and professional. 5 stars from me and my ride-or-die. She says the soup was smackin'. The consistency varies between locations. Some locations have decent portion sizes and this location is hit or miss. I can't... tell you how many times they have gotten my togo order wrong, as in charging me for chicken and then not putting any chicken inthere at all. I'm not sure I will be back to this location. Seriously the worst experience here. They messed up my order took 45 minutes to get a bread bowl with soup and sandwich. They... didn't dig out the bread of the breadbowl so got maybe a coup bites of soup. My sandwich came out burnt.. They didn't give mebaguette with my order that I paid for.Totally not worth 50 dollars. I was also told no military discount. The one on smokeyhill is way faster they offer military discount to our troops too. Don't go to this location drive a little farther down theroad to smokey hill. Read more
