Horrible service. I placed an online order...68-79 minutes for pickup! Well, I arrived at 65 minutes, checked in, and 30 minutes... later...no pizza. I called them and they told me at least 15 more minutes as they are making my pizza! I requestedcancelation...then the guy hung up on me! I've been a customer for decades and NEVER had such an awfully long wait time on anyday, any time or poor service in general. Read more
Ordered food at around 4pm to be ready at 6:15pm. Food wasn't ready until almost 7pm. What is the point of ordering ahead if... it's not going to be ready on time? The person at the front desk was very rude. He told me there was no order in that name andwhen I showed him the confirmation email and order number he said: "That doesn't do me any good" and proceeded to go to the nextcustomer. I hadn?t ordered from Papa John?s in several years. My grandkids were coming over today to help me with some things, and my... grandson likes stuffed crust, so I ordered from there. I ordered pizza, brownies and the chocolate chip cookie plus Sierra Mistand Dr Pepper. The food came fast, was hot and tasted excellent. I will absolutely order from there again. Read more

If I could no star this I would. We ordered a pizza for delivery and paid online. When they arrived they asked for cash. I don?t... have cash and I said I already paid and I pulled up my bank account and it had PULLED from my bank account. I showed this tothem and he went to his car to call the shop and came back and said the only way they can give me the food I PAID for is if wepay again. It?s past 8:30 pm and my 4 month old daughter is asleep. I paid for my food showed them the proof and they wouldn?tgive it to me. By far the worst customer service I have ever had. If you don?t want to lose out on money I highly suggest to notorder from this location. I just lost over $30. Read more
