Unbelievable. I responded to Popeye's feedback offer (printed on their receipts) to get two pieces of chicken and a biscuit,... but when I handed the validated receipt to store personnel, they had no idea what to do with it; didn't manage to figure it outeither. The same guy who screwed up my order the last time I'd gone there proceeded to try to charge me twice what I wassupposed to pay -- flat-out refused to honor the offer on the receipt he'd given me three days earlier. When I went before,they had no spicy chicken and no change; yesterday they had no fries. The place is full of flies and the service isconsistently slow; don't bother with the drive-through -- they'll tell you to park and come in. Terrible! Read more
It is 7pm on on a Wednesday. Walked in to get food and worker told me it was drive-thru only. I asked since when? Worker ignored... me. He did this to multiple other people from what I saw. Was this worker in the orange shirt. Read more
I ordered the breast and wing special and I watched her put in a leg and a thigh and I told her I asked for the breast and the... wing that I always get and they said that they don't do that but I've gotten it there at that store before so I don't understandwhat the issue was. And then they gave me some hot sauce and it is old and solid the service was not good. Read more
Many problems with this store. 1. Always out of something 2. Closes early 3. Cash only most of the time... I think they do this... unpropose 4. Chicken is rarely recognizable. 5. Received the wrong order. I have been here maybe 4 times in eleven years andhave been disappointed every time. The final draw was these supposed to be chicken tenders. I don't know how to add the picturebut I'm trying to figure it out but it looks like embryos I take it back to the store and they gave me my money backimmediately. Chicken tenders are not supposed to be shaped like that. Also look like they took a bite out of my apple pie andcovered it with cinnamon. Read more
Place looks disgusting. The food is fine. Something fishy is going on here. Last summer it was the staff pocketing money most... likely as they switched to cash only claiming "our card system is down" and then not able to provide a receipt.... I used towork that kinda stuff. Now they have gone as blatant to just double charge my card. No question that the employees are figuringout ways to rip off the owner of the place, but come on....I won't be back, clean it up Popeye's. Straight trash hole. Read more
Had Popeyes ordered from here and they are usually good about getting your food delivered in a timely manner with the accurate... order! Unfortuantely its usually cooled off by the time it's delivered, but thats okay (it's why we have microwaves, after all).The food is really good. This is the kind of food everytime you eat it, it hits a spot you didn't even know that you had,whether you're filling up on their tenders, sandwich nuggets, fries, mashed potatoes, etc. Will be ordering from and eating hereagain! I placed my order online assuming when I would get there it would be ready waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes got to the... speaker told them I have a online order they guy said please come inside so I parked went inside to have the guy tell me it'sgoing to be 10 minutes for chicken and they don't have fries , as I'm watching him I see an other person take the chicken whichwas enough for my order to box them up and give them to the guy that was behind me in the drive thru , as I already been waitingfor an 30 to 40 minutes I told the cashier to cancel my order he told me to do it though the app I did and it's been 2 weeks andI still don't have the 50 dollars I spent and the customer service keeps giving me the run around.
