If I could give a zero star I would. Waited first in line inside for over 10 minutes before we finally got waited on. The... manager Marion I believe kept looking at us and continued filling orders for the drive thru. When we were waited on they actedlike they were doing us a favor by taking our order. We ordered a two piece and a three piece meals. The Cajun rice was not evenwarm. The chicken was warm at best. I asked for the managers name because I said we were going to complain to corporate and sheacted like it was no big deal. After reading the reviews on here I can see the Managers really don't care about their customersat all. Not one time after complaining about the food and service did anyone care to try and make it right. This location hasserious problems with their employees. More playing around than helping customers! This location is fantastic! The food is always delicious, I'm given the perfect amount of sauce for my meal and the speed of... service is amazing. Went to this location for the first time ordered the biggest family meal they had. Looked at the mashed potatoes and gravy and... there was not enough gravy to cover all the potatoes asked for more so they took it and handed it back with no extra gravy. Sowe pulled around went inside to discuss the issue and were treated terribly by the manager. She was rude and argumentative andher employees were rude joking and laughing behind the counter making the situation worse with no correction or guidance orapology from the manager for her employees actions and then she still was rude and asked us to pay for the gravy (Which for atiny containerwas $5) Might I add we had 3 containers of mashed potatoes and gravy. So buying a 1 tiny container of gravy stillwouldn't have covered all the containers. If you want to be treated like a human and with respect please go to a differentlocation. We ordered chicken and Coleslaw on line. When my son brought the food home we got 2 fries instead of Coleslaw. My wife wanted to... get the correct order and took the fries back to get them changed. The female manager refused to give my wife the Coleslaw andwhen she argued with the lady, was told that she was blocking the line and that they would call the cops on her. This location is trash. I always order the Spicy chicken Sandwich with red beans and rice at every Popeyes . This location I go... to take a bite of my sandwich the bottom bun is hard and stale and there is some yellow chewy stuff cooked into my chicken. Istart inspecting the sandwich and when I take the top bun off there is whiteish grey stuff all on the top of my chicken. I wasso disgusted I wish I would have took a photo.
