Used the app for the first time. Waited 10 mins just to be told they couldn?t find my order. Wasted another 10 mins in line to... just to be told I couldn?t use the app offers there which I had a redeem code. The app is trash and the store was trash. Read more
For being a fast-food restaurant in a mall setting, I was surprised how great the service was! We've tried many, many online... orders having been canceled on us, and when they came through they always had something of our order wrong (At our best, theyhad our order correct but there was no sauce with our food. At our worst they've messed up entire parts of our orders, such asgiving up mashed potatoes instead of fries). We decided to finally drive to a Popeyes that at least had a dine-in option. Theline was pretty short when we went and the lady was very nice. My only complaint is the service was not only a little longerthan I liked, but people who order after us were getting their food before us. The wait was forgiven as when we got our food, itwas very accurate and for the first time ever, we ACTUALLY got sauce with our food. Overall, I enjoyed it. It was a nice driveand will definitely be returning for that delicious chicken. Love that chicken from Popeyes! Read more
So the combo meal say it comes with a drink but you get upcharged for a drink I said I didnt want Medium I wanted small and he... says theres no small drink at poepyes no more only medium or lg so I said then so why am I getting charged 60 cents for my cokehe said cuz it medium. false advertising the drink does not come with the meal. also they got my meal wrong so I went back andthey fixed it and i said my please have one ranch and says .50 cents um you got my order wrong and charged me for my drink thatsupposly comes with my meal! This is a new Popeyes that is now in the Aurora Mall food court where Taco Bell used to be. This was actually the best Popeyes... experience I have ever had. The food was put together fast and my order was correct. I have never had these two things happen atthe same time at any other Popeyes. The blackened chicken strips I had were very most and they were great tasting. The basketwas bland, but that's normal for them. Read more
