Came into the restaurant and most of the seating area was put up which gave the impression that they were closing soon. We asked... if they were closing at 7 and they indicated that they were closing at 10. The food wasn't hot. The prep area was messy. Thestaff was friendly. We normally like coming to this Qdoba but it seems like service has been declining lately. We went today and there was no sense... of urgency. It took about 15 minutes to get our 4 orders through. Nothing was stocked. I understand when food shortages happenbut then there was no forks or paper towels for the lobby. A lot of the food options were out as well. We decided to dine in andI watch as online order after online order would come in and not get acknowledge for a good amount of time. The store was evenclosed early. Read more
The service was great. Everything else was not. The bathroom had used up tioled paper with urine all over the floor very filthy... and nasty looking floors. The tables filthy and the food looked very old looking like it was preheated from days ago. They hadclosed at 1530 because the manager had not arrived yet per employee she needed to get off work so she posted a closed sign so noone can come in. I have constantly had issues with this location. Today my family ordered our food online. The time the app estimated our food... would be ready was 7:01. We arrive at 7:07, and upon entering I don?t see my order anywhere. Perhaps I just don?t see it. No. Igive an employee my name and they tell me ?we will get that started for you right now?? WHAT??? As they start my food for 5people, I sigh loudly hoping they?ll see how peeved I am. My hungry family is waiting and I am furious now, because what do Isee?? At least 2 workers standing near the bathrooms talking to their friends and hanging all over their boyfriends while only afew workers were working on my order, not to mention there were other people waiting to order. Finally food in hand, I storm outof the building and get into my car. The time is 7:20 when I finally leave the parking lot. I would also like to mention that myorder was not even prepared correctly. They gave me soft shells instead of crunchy. Today is my cheat day and I can?t even havemy crunchy tacos. Night ruined, honestly. I will think twice when ordering from here again. Read more
Was visiting my family there and we decided to order online and do a pickup order. About an hour wait and they said order was... ready. After we got there we were told we had to wait 30 minutes. The restaurant was dirty and bad service. We left and disputedthe charge with our credit card. I?m glad I didn?t taste the food anyways. Never again. Read more
I have eaten at this Qdoba since they opened. Never again. Today I got home with my order and a glove was wrapped up in the foil... with the burrito. I called them and they said there?s no way that was true. Here?s a picture of the glove that fell out when Iunwrapped it. I will never go back to this place again. It is disgusting. Also no one is wearing masks during the Covidoutbreak. Done with this place. Extremely poor management. Read more
Nothing says happiness like qdoba on a snow day. Hardly ever have a not great experience here. This is our go to for queso and... quesadillas in Southlands. Staff has always been amazing. Store is always clean. Food has never failed. Read more
I have Celiac Disease and kindly asked the worker to please change their gloves. While he did change them, he proceeded to touch... multiple tortillas, and then had an attitude when I asked him to please change his gloves. They were running low on both riceand black beans, and didn?t appear to have any made. I was given extremely small servings and then my bowl was out on theserving dish they use to make the burritos. I won?t be eating this, $14 down the drain. I won?t be coming back to this location.It shouldn?t be this hard to order a meal nor should I be given small servings at 7:30 on a Friday night, simply because thestaff isn?t replacing the items they are running out of.
