I've always loved this place at the Aurora Mall in Colorado. The food has always been great, the service has always been great,... but the last time I went wasn't great at all. I talked to my dad and my mom into ordering dinner from there. We ordered twoorders of the shrimp tempura (3 pieces each) four orders of spring rolls, one chicken teriyaki combo with fried rice, extrachicken and vegetables. An order of lo mein/soba noodles with teriyaki chicken and another order of just the lo mein/sobanoodles . We ended up receiving five orders of shrimp tempura (that we're extremely greasy), two orders of the spring rolls,got charged for a kid's meal that we did not order, and we did not receive the extra teriyaki chicken on the combo. But we werecharged for it. My dad paid almost $52 for this. And it should have not been anywhere around that price. I reached out to thecompany 5 days ago and I've had yet to hear from them. First time going to this restaurant. It was between this one and another Asian restaurant with a shorter line. We chose this one... because the line was ridiculously long, so we figured it must be good. I ordered the steak with lo mien and my daughter orderedthe chicken with rice. I thought the flavor was delicious, good temperature and fresh. My daughter didn?t think it was anythingspecial, but her chicken tasted good to me. :) The service is good, considering the employees didn?t get a break and handled therush calmly. They could smile, I suppose, but they?re hectic and really didn?t have much time. They weren?t rude and our orderwas correct, so they get a five. Read more
Service is ultra fast and t he food is freshly cooked so it's very tasty and temperature hot. I had teriyaki shrimp and chicken... with vegetables and it was enough food to eat twice. For under $10 it is worth what you get. Read more

Cook refused to put mask on while preparing food. Do not eat here, they have no concern for public health or safety.
Don?t say you close at 8 then not serve me when I get there at 7:54. I got some shoes from the mall and made sure I made it to... ?get some food? on the way out. So I got my shoes and I?m heading to the front of the line at sarku. I see 3 employees puttingfood in to go containers and I see fried rice infront of my face but all I get is a ?closed?. I clearly see them get their ownfood but they can?t serve me with the 6 more minutes that their open. I?d give zero stars if they?re were an option. Read more
Portions are ehh ????????, they charge extra .50 for fried rice, vs steam white. No kid menu. Vegetables could use seasoning... instead of relying on the teriyaki sauce. Always trying to upsell on extra chicken which is much added in oz of chicken. Nowhite ?yum yum? sauce. Only soy sauce available, at least they don?t charge for extra teriyaki sauce surprisingly.
