Reading the reviews I have no idea how sonic is open their only good for drinks and ice cream. I went in 10/25/22 get a chicken... sandwich hard couldn?t even finish it. Tater tots were so salty. I ordered my food thru the app with the asap option, figured it would be faster, and it tells me 5-7 min...I think awesome! So... I get to the store and follow the app instructions pull into my booth and check in....or so I thought...waited about her 5 minthe app said my order was complete but no food. So I pressed the button...I was answered a few min later by a snarky angryyoung lady and was told that I had to come up to the window to get my order. I thought wow ok...but that is not what the appsaid. I was also pinned in by the stall..so I pushed back. I was then told someone would be out with my food. Another 10 minpasses until i was able to get out and finally walk up get my food. Oh, and when I got my food and it was cold and missingitems. My fries are all either half frozen or clearly old as hell. My burger taste as nasty as it look and looks like it was made in 2... seconds. The lettuce in my burger is brown n the cheese only half melted. Read more
Every time we go through the drive thru it's an unmitigated disaster. I know it's just fast food, but tonight we gave half the... order and the person taking the order never came back and so we had to finish the order at the window. Chick-fil-A has the drivethru experience perfected. Management/Ownership should go through their drive in and see for yourself. Then your app doesn'twork worth a darn. Again, the McDonald's app is so easy and intuitive. If you want to increase sales get better, faster andsmarter. 09 06 2022 Thought we'd try it again. This location really sucks. Pulled into stall at 09:40. By the time we decidedwhat we like to have, pressed the RED button. Were told only drive through, which was 6 cars deep. We just went home. We need a quick meal and some time to just sit and be after a long day at work. Fastfood isn't my normal go to, but I've been... feeling a craving for Sonic the last couple of days. Truly it had been at least 5 years since I'd been to a Sonic I knew goingin that I would not stick to my health conscious, gluten free lifestyle by eating there. It was good and fulfilled an urge for acarb laden meal....I had the grilled cheese with some fries. From my memory of several years ago portion sizes have greatlydecreased --- Though this seems to have happened across the board at restaurants. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 glutenfree options for food, even if it was only a lettuce Wrap instead of a bun or tortilla. But it was ok and filled me up. Perhaps I'll return when I want to be bad and have an ice cream, sugar laden, food coma enducing beverage dessert. Read more
8-16-22 UPDATE this is what you can expect at this Sonic location. Paid for a LARGE chili cheese tots and this is the portion i... received. Whoever runs this location needs to investigated by corporate, asap! Quality of service has gone down tremendouslyover the last year at this location. Nothing but problems the last few visits. Save your money and find another Sonic to eat atbecause this one is not worth it. I ordered a double patty melt and was given a single, unfortunately I didn't notice until Ihad sat down at home to eat. I drove back to Sonic explained the situation thinking the least they would do is give me a hotfresh double patty melt for the inconvenience but no, instead the girl took back the melt and they slapped another hamburgerpatty on the same sandwich and gave it back to me, totally unacceptable. This is one of my fave sonics, not only is the food good, but it was also out and in our hands within a few minutes. Also I am... huge on customer service, and they have a nice staff! Cherry cream slushes with extra cream are the best!!! Also I love theirpretzels with the cheesy saucey stuff... Mmmmmm! So dang tastey!!!! Read more
I've worked at Sonic for 6 years as an assistant manager and even made it to the sonic games 4 years in a row, sadly today... identified for 2 waters and a sweet tea and it literally took 20 minutes with 4 cars in the lot 1 in the drive thru and when youlook inside 3 people standing with no headset to help with the couple orders coming in. That is ridiculous. Then completed myorder and still didn't bring the drinks its so sad to see where Sonics gone since the time when I was there. Read more
